Great videos, now i understand why foils r so expensive, its an exact science! Very inspiring, it does seem approachable, especially because i have a roll of carbon in my closet. I just need some slow hardening epoxy.

I love to watch your videos for the sheer ingenuity they show. Unfortunately where I live on Fuerteventura most of the materials you use are unavailable as I would have a go myself at some of your projects. Keep posting and I'll keep watching and wishing. I'm sure they are getting faster though as I'm having trouble slowing them down enough to keep up!

Hi Rob, very inspiring DIY videos I admire your creativity and skills.
Question, after the gelcoat filler what kind of painting do you use? Is it gelcoat paint?

Hi Rob, thanks for your help!. Unfortunately I cannot get a hold of carbon materiales in my country. Do you think I could make both the KF box and the F-box plate base into one piece out of epoxy?. This is for a 65cm carbon mast for kite hydrofoiling made primarily out of carbon fiber but also some fiber glass, stainless steel, high density cores and epoxies.? cheers!

No, the second one is a longer version. And i made this one in a different way (tuttle box and core).
