Lord I want to live for thee, Everyday and hour Let thy spirit be with me in its saving pow'r Keep my heart and keep my hand Keep my soul I pray keep my tongue to speak thy praise. Keep me all the way. In my weakness be my strength In my sorrow be my all Be thy with me all the way And hear me when I call
This Hymn is a great witness of the Church. I was raised on this Music at the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Cleveland , Ohio. Rev. Dr. Robert L. Fuller was my Pastor. "Keep Me Everyday soothes my soul. Praise God!!!!
What a beautiful hymn! This was sang at Nicks homegoing service, if I remember correctly(and I'm sure I do) but it was sang much longer! It held special meaning because this hymn was so dear to him. If you have the version from the homegoing celebration, would you consider posting it for all of us who have such great appreciation for the music ministry of Rev Charles Nicks Jr!! I feel pretty certain that there are probably thousands who would be as grateful as I'd be to hear it. u sang w/St J?
Beautiful hymn. I love how the organist plays with such confidence. In some churches one can barely hear the organ. Very nice. What year was this recorded?
This is a great hymn of the church we need not forget these hymns.
Thank You sharing,as well as,reminding Us what True Worship, looked and sounded like,to Our Holy God's Ear's.
