    Jimmy, thanks for all the videos, always great stuff. Question: 1% alcohol is created converting around 16-17 grams of sugar. You are using exemples of this number times 10. If you have 3% unconverted alcohol you have about 48 grams of sugar per liter, not 30. What's your math on that?
    Also, if you have a Trocken is not always fermented dry.. it is the difference between total acidity and sugar level
    Am I making any confusion? Thanks
