    As written questions I had Germany and Chile, I just wrote what Jimmy’s voice dictated by my head. Today I had the result: pass with merit.
    Grazie Jimmy 🥂

    'Cool and long temperatures' means that cool temperature and keeping it for a long time ?

    • @nicolas4246
      @nicolas4246 3 года назад +2

      I believe he is talking about alcoholic fermentation temperature here. With a cooler fermentation, you get more fresh primary flavours out of the juice.

      Nicolas san, OK, cool fermentation , but what is long mean ? Cool fermentation takes a long time to complete ?

      @@ytakashi2011 Yes I beleive so. Chemical reactions are slower in a cold environment.

    I am from the Mosel myself. We definitely do not have a continental climate! It's oceanic with a continental influence.

      Hello there, and lucky you to be from such a wonderful place! Thank you for this insight from a local. Regarding the specific climate description in this video, we always refer to the information provided in the WSET course textbooks for our course-led content. The consistency between our info and the text helps students prepare well for their exams.

      All that good beer may have ruined your palate Piotr. Try these Leitz, Von Kesselstatt, Donnhoff, Von Hovel, Dr Thanisch, Dr Fischer, Von Basserman-Jordan. I believe all of these are VdP members and classic producers.
