@eurasiangoddess101 And why did you start to laugh???? I think he's brilliant. He knew where he had to change an octave. A lot of people misses it in this song, but Hans don't
Absolutely beautiful sound - until he screeched the high note. It would also be nice if he sang the whole song instead of just half. That would give us more time to enjoy his singing.
Another in a series of nonsense worded songs that depict the mind on the psychedelic drugs of the 1960's and 1970's. Listen to Richard Harris with MacArthur Park and Jefferson Airpland with White Rabbit for more "mind altering" lyrics.
STBRetired1 Unchained Melody" is a 1955 song with music by Alex North and lyrics by Hy Zaret. North used the music as a theme for the little-known prison film Unchained
This is definitely the most beautiful version of this song that I have ever heard.
this is the best because hes the oly 1 who can hit the high note.
originalsbyterry best version is Elvis performing live. He makes it his own and hits some insane vocal levels throughout
You should check it out

@eurasiangoddess101 Yes. I've watched this video over and over, and I totally agree....
It's from a norwegian tv-show called "Beat for Beat"...
What is this show? I love this guy!
it,s called beat for beat and goes on NRK1,still going.
i think he sings the need part really good as well
Desember 2008.
the "need" tune is the most difficult part.
It`s kinda the escense in the hole song.

@torgny4444 Ja, er ist sehr gut.
You're dam gd!
XD
vakkreste stemmen ever
@eurasiangoddess101 try to do that sitting, yourself.
Absolutely beautiful sound - until he screeched the high note. It would also be nice if he sang the whole song instead of just half. That would give us more time to enjoy his singing.
But did he screech it, it sounded more like the country twang of the original version.
TheKwod I don't know. It just doesn't sound right especially when compared to the LeAnn Rimes version and the original by the Righteous Brothers.
Stakkar.

+Mystery47 MacArthur Park is a masterpiece.
