Don’t you think it happened because they are Sliding Windows ? Almost everyone is doing the same thing. There are casement, awnings, sash with different styles. Why ain’t ppl doing those in Ghana?
@@ElvisBenson Honestly, I haven't thought about that. I was thinking ppl are just copying and pasting, not knowing that most of them can't actually do it. I asked someone about it and I was told it's because of the burglar bars, they obstruct he opening and closing. But I don't see that to be a problem .
@@everymanisyourteacher9951 the truth is they can’t do it, most properties with those types are all imported, even with that, to get them to install it is another education in all 😂
@@ElvisBenson You are 💯 right. I did a bit of digging and I wasn't impressed. I'm teaming up with few guys so we can import and fly the installers in as well. It works out way cheaper.
@@everymanisyourteacher9951 I don't think our people understand this globalized market we now live in. You do a shoddy job, home owners will learn to ignore you and bring others from outside the country to do their work. Look at the retail market and see the number of Indians, Pakistanis and Turkish we have who mostly work for Ghanaian entrepreneurs. Granted some home owners bargain hard, pricing on most jobs concerning building are random even with the same experience and knowhow. This is one of the reason why sometimes we bargain
Thank you so much. You have been very helpful with your video updates. 👍

I don't think the owner was there when the windows were installed. Supervision and inspection are very important.
