We had a cut glass pitcher of this vinegar on the table when I was growing up ... used what we called bird’s eye Pepper which grew wild in the front flower bed ... haven’t seen this little Pepper in a good 50 years ... would love to find some
Aw, what a nice memory! I think some of the spice & herb shops on the internet sell it. If you would like some seeds to plant, message me and I will be happy to give you some seeds. I didn't get any peppers last year but I think the ones from the year before should still germinate. :-) Tina
Hi Sharyl, If you go to the "About" tab for my channel, there will be a link that says "For business purposes, display email" click that and I think it will show you my email address. (sorry for delay in answering you, I missed the comment!) Tina
Beautiful video. I live in Panama and I have been collecting seed from various bird peppers that I find growing wild under tree's and near fences along cow pastures etc. You have a name for these peppers? I just call em wild bird peppers. I grow em because they are pretty. I also use the peppers in my hotsauce and make peppa sauce as well. I found a new type of bird pepper today in my walks that has a kind of purplish hue to it and has oblong very small peppers. I will pick some ripe ones later so I can grow some. Those peppers are just gorgious if grown well in the garden a small pot or in the flower bed. They are seedy though. I use them mixed with other kinds of peppers in my hot sauce to add more complexity to the flavor. Thanx for this video.
Thank you for sharing!

Why do you boil the vinegar, if I use the vinegar room temperature will it be the same as your?
