Very nice. Who doesn’t love a custom tee? I used to go through those online printing company’s. It’s a little investment up front for sure. Great walk through man!👏🏼✌🏼
Let me help the algorithm for this awesome video. I really love how you simplified the process. I feel like I am ready to try screen printing now. I do have questions. What do you do clean the screens and stencil? Can you use that same stencil with a different color afterwards?
Thank you. I appreciate the comment 😌 If your going to reuse the screen, just hose it off outside gently when your done. I’ve reused screens for 3 separate print jobs once. But recently, I just clear the screen and start over. I like a clean start. It’s the only downside with Vinyl but it’s much more simplified than the traditional method. Hopefully this helps! Thanks for watching. Good luck. Let me know how it goes. Also, watch my previous video I did on screen printing. I go into more detail. Link in the description below. 🙌🏼
You make it look so easy. I have a question, do these Vinyl designs also come in smaller patterns? that is, in very small letters, etc., it works just as well??? also should only water ink be used or does it also come out with plastisol?
Thanks for the comment and nice words. Much appreciated! I use Speedball Ink. It is water based. If you make a mistake while printing, just use a warm cloth to soak up any errors. Comes out easy. Only when you set it (heat press) does it come permanent. Making mistakes is fine though, just learn from them. It will happen, don't get discouraged. Using smaller designs should work fine! Hopefully this helps!!
Wow. This route is really unlikely. It even comes in a very small version. ✌️ The only downside is that vinyl doesn't hold up to small patterns over 5-6 t-shirts. Small details start to come off and ruin the t-shirts.
Thank you! I have not but I do plan on doing that video soon. I get a lot of requests for a two layer design video so I’ll get on it! Thanks for the comment and support!
You could do that or lightly press the ink through the screen. Avoid using the “flooding” technique. If you watch my other screen printing video, I cover what “flooding” is. Thanks for watching! Hopefully this helps.
With this method I wouldn’t. If you’re using a screen printer, definitely flood. If you watch my other screen printing videos, I’ll flood when I use my screen printer.
Thank you! Thank you!
THANK YOU for watching! 😜
great work i like how you explain in detail makes everything simple
Thank you! Much appreciated!
Thanks man, this was a perfect explanation!
Thanks for watching! 🙌🏼😎🙌🏼
Great video! Thanks!!!
Thanks!!! More to come!! 👕

Thanks mate! I haven't bought an actual shirt in two years. I just make my own now! Thanks for watching!
What circuit setting did you use to cut the vinyl permanent vinyl is not a option for mines
Make sure your software is updated. What are some options? If you see a vinyl option that should be fine.
@@sshouser31 yeah I used the vinyl option but it didn’t cut through all the way

Does the spray tact effect the shirt? Is it sticky inside?
Not at all!
Hi, good job, so can we wash the screen and re use the stencil on as a normal serigraphy. Thanks
Yes! I’ve used my screens over and over again. Just rinse with cold water and repeat! Sorry it took so long to respond. I must of missed this comment.
Hey brother, Do you use standard size transfer tape or it’s one size specifically?
Yes sir, I use Cricut transfer tape. I put the link in the description. Thanks for watching! 🙌🏼😎🙌🏼

@@eleftheriatryfon7367 Bummer, sorry to hear. Have you tried Iron On? Feel free to send me pic's on Instagram if you'd like.
how many can you get out use vinyl
I’m still using a screen I made 6 months ago. They can last. Just clean with cold water very gently.
so how many can you print can you print
@@tonyengland1974 The most I ever got from one job was 10-12. But you can clean it and reuse.
Happy belated birthday (Nov 10) and Veteran's Day. TFS. Have you ever used this method for a 2 color print/design?

How would I do a distressed look. Would I have to weed each little crack?

@@sshouser31 thank you so much for your help!
@@shawngallagher680 Yewww! Thanks for watching buddy. Much love.
What is the transfer tape used for? 🙏
1:22 - Putting the decal on the screen.
I don't have to burn the silkscreen for printing????
Not if you have a Cricut!
Why no flooding?

@@sshouser31 OK but why not flood?
@@BassPlayerAvailable With this method the ink will probably bleed through.
the problem is how to remove the vynil from the screen for re-use it.
Just use warm water and soap. Should come off with ease.
