The powercreep at F2P+ is insanely broken (even moreso than Fenrir). Everyone else might as well ditch their element and build a low investment Flame team.

Id say compare to my last banner pulls this was my lowest investment. I will say this monthly + battle pass made this happen. This was me collecting from the middle of Lan banner.
This video is perfect for me! I started a new account recently and have been saving up for Liuhuo, originally intending to get her to A3. I have no limited 5* characters, so I think my plan now is going to be Liuhuo to A1, Lan to A0, and then possibly go after some Liuhuo or Lan matrices depending on what I have left.

Anabella was NERFED. Her gas ammo scales differently (with Lan). Old Ana+Fiona+Lan comp deals 33% less dmg in 3.0 patch. Which means that "pine comet" tests are wrong and meaningless. More than that, c0 Liu Huo is WEAKER than Anabella c0 from 2.5 patch in Fiona comp. How could you not notice it?

Just got it. I thought it was not so good weapon when i thought to just roll for fun😂 but when i upgraded and used it for fun. "Oh damn. That damage" and so, i finally can solo raid boss and world boss. Her combo attack was fun. Didnt have to keep pressing attack button.

The comps are fairly close in terms of theoretical damage, but I'd lean towards the Anna one or else you won't have any heals and that'll be painful! If you get A3 Liu you can probably look to use Lin instead ~

Hi, Maygi, I'm a returnee and I pulled for A3 Fiona and A1 Liu Huo. I can still pull for one more but I can't decide which to pick. Should I go for zeke, Lan, or wait for Feise? I want Fiona and Liu as base.
Can't really comment on Feise for now because I don't look at CN kits, so for the current meta, Zeke would be a great upgrade! Though, when Feise makes her way around, someone on your team would have to get benched, so maybe wait?

So is it okay that I get her A1-A3 and 4 pcs of her Matrices? In sum, her 4pcs matrices could + 25% dmg boost, so I dont know is it worth to pull her matrices or using standard matrices (shiro/samir/habo/scylla). Thanks again!
The thing is, you need to compare the gain from the matrices over what you would use in an alternate slot - in this case, you'll be using Liu's matrices on a support weapon, meaning you're replacing a Habo or Scylla set at 0*, so the gain would be maybe like ~15%ish! Depending on your comp, I would prioritize the A3 if you don't have any survivability, otherwise, you could go for matrices if you want the damage, though do note that when we eventually (soon tm) get higher star world boss matrices, they could outperform a 0* Liu set ~
I had a break from the game; came back and got myself a Liu Huo, but... I have Huma a4, Ruby a0 and Lin a1 for possible team comps. Should I go with Liu, Ruby and Lin? Don't think I can do much better as of now. What rotation should I do with them?
The concept of the rotation is always very similar - use your other weapon skills and then main DPS on Liu Huo as long as possible (typically until 2 charge bars), then rotate back to the other 2 weapons. However, both Lin and Ruby discharges really don't offer too much, so I would jump cancel them as they're a DPS loss compared to Liu basic attacks (you can let Lin discharge go off if you need the grouping). If you have A1 King that could be a potential upgrade from Ruby if you have A1 Liu, as detonating the A1 King burn with Liu is pretty huge value ~
A lot of it is from gear, which you'll be able to farm over time from Joint Ops, and level over weekly resets with Booster Modules~ it's slow but steady progress!

Dunno about sup guides but i guess i would grab fiona 4pc set if i wana run dps and support :o (this set is both for dps and support and its also the meta set for all the meta teams) Fiona matrice set effects: 2pc: increase ATK by 16%/18%/20%/22% for 30 seconds. (buff will still be there even after swaping weapons) 4pc: While Benediction Resonance is not active, after using Scatter Technique, increase final damage by 17%/19%/21%/23% for 20 seconds. While Benediction Resonance is active, after using Scatter Technique, increase final damage for self and teammates by 8.5%/9.5%/10.5%/11.5% for 20 seconds. Final damage is additionally increased based on attack by **(Base ATK/10000)%, up to 5%. (also active in off-hand slot)
If the Ruby Matrix is 0*, 2 Samir / Scylla is better. Note that if you have 2 piece Shiro, this is much preferred over Scylla 2-piece, unless you really need the extra shatter. If Ruby Matrix is 3*, Ruby is preferred
So it's still some DPS upgrade as F2P? Then i can work on it :) But Fenrir is still not bad, she did nice damage and breaks shields fast. You cannot ignore her.

Altered weapons historically have been buffers, not really main DPS - so it's up to you! The upcoming 3.0 units are all looking pretty good, so it's really a waiting game of whichever element stands out to you the most. We don't know the specifics of other characters yet, but one thing's for certain, Liu Huo is very strong at minimal investment as a standalone unit!

4pc: While Benediction Resonance is not active, after using Scatter Technique, increase final damage by 17%/19%/21%/23% for 20 seconds. While Benediction Resonance is active, after using Scatter Technique, increase final damage for self and teammates by 8.5%/9.5%/10.5%/11.5% for 20 seconds. Final damage is additionally increased based on attack by **(Base ATK/10000)%, up to 5%. (also active in off-hand slot)

are 4 piece Ruby matrice good on Liu? compare to 2 samir 2 scylla (both 3 star)
If the Ruby Matrix is 0*, 2 Samir / Scylla is better. Note that if you have 2 piece Shiro, this is much preferred over Scylla 2-piece, unless you really need the extra shatter. If Ruby Matrix is 3*, Ruby is preferred

So it's still some DPS upgrade as F2P? Then i can work on it :) But Fenrir is still not bad, she did nice damage and breaks shields fast. You cannot ignore her.
Yep, Fenrir's shatter and sustain is very nice! Liu doesn't really do shatter that fast...
I read the skill set of Liu huo,.. My question is AS a rainbow team user,.. Can Liu huo replace saki? So i will use fen, Liu huo and lyn/fiona?
Fenrir and Liu Huo kind of compete for the same niche, so it's one or the other, not both!

Altered weapons historically have been buffers, not really main DPS - so it's up to you! The upcoming 3.0 units are all looking pretty good, so it's really a waiting game of whichever element stands out to you the most. We don't know the specifics of other characters yet, but one thing's for certain, Liu Huo is very strong at minimal investment as a standalone unit!
