Madame Bram was the assistant pastor at Washington Temple church of god in Christ Brooklyn, NY under the late the Bishop F.D. Washington for many years
OMG! Mother Bibby! Lord Jesus. Mother used to come to Memphis Temple Of Deliverance to see Bishop Patterson all the time. Oh God, how i miss her.
The only time I've ever heard this song was Shirley Caesar from a live recording back in the 70's... It's good to see that it goes back even further than Shirley
I love this for several reasons. Among them: 1. It’s just good singing. 2. This song tells a Bible story.
I learned the outline of many Bible stories in my childhood simply from listening to songs. Seems like “Bible story” songs aren’t as common today. These songs contributed greatly to my Bible literacy.

I have been searching for weeks for the lyrics to Pentecostal Temples radio theme song wonder working power led by Madame M Wigleu. Does anyone know the words to the chorus and if so would you please share. I'm not referring to wonder working power in the hymnal and other groups sing. The wording is different. If Mother Emily Bram-Biddy was not confined to missionary work within the COGIC she would of been a great pastor. So many great women were held back by denominatinal bigotry against women pastors.
what does the bible say about it? You would have to call God a bigot....he is the one who sets the rules not man.
Can she cast out a devil ? can she do any of the 9 gifts ? there nothing in bible to stop that,,,thing is every one wants to preach ,,even the men cant do much else.thus a dead dry church not gifts no Jesus,,just singing and preaching.This woman was a great singer very powerful voice I love her for that.

There some women in charge of some of the churches, there are not many, they’re some although they’re called Evangelists. Mother Bram Biddy help a lot of churches. Did you know she at one time was an assistant pastor at Washington temple?
Denominational bigotry? That has got to bevone of the mostbbiblucally illiterate statements I have heard in yeats. The Holy Apostles NEVER gave any permission for women to pastor.

I'm a writing this in the love of Christ , As a baptist (22 years old) I was taught should NOT pastor. please share with me your scriptural reasons why they should, Or for that matter fit the critiria to be a pastor. I don't wish to debate nor argue about theological ideas i just would like to see this from anothers perspective thank you and God Bless you
