I don't think you have anything to worry about. I have had this happen to a couple of guitars that I gig with. Weather and humidity change can make the wood expand and contract causing finish cracks.
I was actually gonna buy the Kramer Pacer Classic but I settled for the striker 211 custom and it's and amazing guitar everything is perfect on it and the floyd stays in tune, all I did do to it was swap the pick ups
The guitar is a brand new Kramer Pacer. They go for about $370 new through Musicians Friend shipped right to your door. You may find one on Ebay cheaper. The tremolo is the New AxMax Tremolo. They come with a cheesy floyd rose knock off. Not a bad guitar all around though for the price. Glad you started playing and good luck finding an axe......
unfortunately my guitar which is about six years old now, has a bow in it where the side bends down. It not majorly affecting the playing or the sound, it's messing with the action at the nut, so that I can't lower it anywhere else. I'm used to high action anyway, but it just sucks that I can't lower it without it being unplayable, unless I get a new nut put in.
Hi, I've a Les Paul with a slight twisted neck up on high e and with the headstock slightly twisted up for low e. It's little and I don't have fretting problems although the bridge is a little higher than average. The fact is that I have observed that the neckset is a little inclined on the low side and on the fretboard... ¿Could this be the cause of the neck being twisted?
Don't assume the fretwork is good just because it's an expensive guitar. Gibson has been shipping a lot of guitars lately with a high fret or two, or jagged fret ends.
Very true. I paid $1000 for a new Fender Stratocaster. After about 7 months of playing I finally had enough with the playability and took it back to the guitar store. It turns out there were a bunch of high frets.
First time I understand how to sight a neck. Thank you!
a straight forward solid example of advice. Cheers

Hey Alex, how about recommending wearing a pair of protective goggles when putting your face so close to the wire strung fret board? Think safety man.
Ha! Ha! Really???
Thanx!!
When the guitar is correctly set up should the neck be perfectly straight or should there be a slight bow forward or backward?
There should be a slight bow forward so that when you fret, the strings clear the frets after.
WaRLoKWYATT Cool thanks!
David Gouin Hmmm. Then I see you talking shit about me below. You're welcome.
