I have had strep throat at least 2-3 times a year for my first 20 years of my life. Onset of OCD occurred @ 23 years of age. I can tell you by my own experience that Strep causes OCD.
Caudate nucleus is damaged causing the brain not to process visual information correctly. This is the reason sometimes I stare at something seeing but not processing right away. Everything I write is my opinion as someone suffering from OCD.
