I am grateful to have come across you doc. I struggle with a very strong recovery, and you saying that medicine with mindfulness practice is a good route.
I have had improvements like the ones you describe, but the explanation on the brain really helps.
I just love your lost eyes😅

What an exceptional speaker - and presentation, so very well formed (layout) for both general and Cognitive understanding -
(I am quite a good measure of the latter, as I have Cognitive Impairment from treatment for Graves Disease w RAI and subsequent long-term replacement thyroid med containing only T4 - a true avoidable disability - and another story.)
Today is my first viewing and 3rd video - 2 shorts prior. Am so impressed w his talents presenting information in a clear manner, with a comfortable timing (speakers are like vocal artists, in that a rhythm exists, and it also needs consistent timing for maximum interpretation by an audience).
Now as to content - ? - I would have to literally check reference material - because I'm not an authority and there is a level of new and "exciting" information delivered in these clips that are extremely hopeful for multiple needs and opportunities in our world.
Look forward to more and appreciatie this shared post.
    Thank you!

it's an illusion, when one does meditation he slows down, the voice becomes deeper and things like that.
it's not tiredness, it's a sort of samadhi Effect!
