Hlo bhai. I have valid study visa SW 1 from april 2023 april 2025. I came in canada in april 2023 and leave after 5 month due to family emergency in india ...So i withrawn from my college by and give application of refund of my 2 sem fee...So i came back in india in august last without giving 1 sem exam ....So i want to come again for may 2024 in another province in new public college with 1 year post secondary certificate programs ,as i am graduate in india.
So i want know Do i continue my study on old study permit or i have to apply for new study permit to go back . Please reply as soon bro.

I know it is not possible to change clg from India.
Every one said you can change clg after landing in canada but the issue is that after landing in canada, there is less chances to get admission in particular course and clg due to less availablity of seats .
So from India, Can i bring offer letter from new clg and can I paid the fees in order to reserve my seat. I didn't change clg and withdraw from my current clg from India. But just i want to reserve seat in another clg in order to reserve a seat.

My question is, is it enough for me to attend the first week of the first college so that I can be (actively in Canada), and then I inform the IRCC that I have changed my DLI?
