Bhai main yha post graduate certificate IT ( may intake )main ya tha main abi early childhood education ka diploma (sep intake) kr skta hu ....work permit or PR main koi problem toh nhi hogi

Like bro some agency said due to recently changes in ircc there is a need of attestation letter from province . Agent said these PAL will use in apply Work permit so when I change course so on PAL there is contradactory so I'm worried Please answer😢
