Ok upstairs closet room bc bathroom. Both bedrooms need windows on back side. Downstairs bath rip out shower and make laundry/utility and somehow change sitting room so main entrance is to that room rather than kitchen. Also rip up all the tile floors and replace with hardwood. Lots of potential.

The music has been replaced by a commentary in the more recent videos. The sold properties are clearly labelled and clients with a general interest in French property enjoying seeing the type of property they could buy.
