My goal for this year is to take care if myself. This is my first fully “adult” year, out of college, into a career. I want to improve my health, get more sleep, have more fun, learn new things, etc. basically everything that was on the back burner all of college/my life!
Appreciate your honesty and vulnerability so much, very grateful to have your presence on this platform. Really feel that lack of confidence in my ability to create as well, even at work when I know logically they've hired me because they believe in my potential/ability! I totally understand where you are coming from with drinking more water and being healthy. What I eat for breakfast now is a cut up apple and dip it in peanut butter and it is such an energy booster for me. I actually stopped drinking soda 5 months ago and strictly drinking water all the time! (I have 7 to 9 glasses a day) (if I want something with flavor I will have an Ice drink that has no sugar ;) ) I'm also trying to figure out where to go to college and getting my SAT test done. (I'm graduating in 2020) Also hopefully get a job over the summer! Anyways, I hope your 2019 is awesome and amazing! Looking forward to the weekly videos!!! Love ya girly !

I majored in tv/film and I struggle with not posting, sharing,creating things also because for some reason feel I'm not good enough so you have no idea how much I needed to see this video! My word for 2019 I think is going to be 'believe' Also yasss Dinosaur ride is THE best!

I was 24 when I started to gain weight and couldn't eat whatever I wanted anymore. You are suffering from self doubt. I have this all the time, and I am 38. There are things I think I want to do and I talk myself out of it thinking that no one else will care about it like I do and eventually think the idea was stupid....even though there are others out there doing it and people like it. I also feel like people won't like ME. Not sure where this comes from, but it is there. Take a leap and try is the only advice I could give that I also need to take for myself.

I’ve had the same struggles of not believing i can accomplish things which resulted in me not even making any resolutions for the year because i just knew i would never finish them or achieve it 🤦🏻♀️ but i guess my main goal for 2019 is to get into the DCP or nursing school for the Fall, but I’m having to just give that over to the Lord because there is not way i can do either of those on my own!
omg this was me too! I wanted to go to nursing school, but I got into the DCP for Fall 2018 instead! it's crazy how our stories seem so similar! It was amazing how the timing of everything worked out for me! God placed me in the DCP for a reason and it quite literally changed my life!
