The most derivative, cynical, cash-grabby Gundam series of all time? It’s surprising there wasn’t more G Gundam characters in it lol

In what game is Barry playable?, I've played Overworld and Cross rays, and I don't remember him in either game.

I feel like he's a G Gundam character who got Isekai'd into SEED Universe/Cosmic Era.

In the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games, there were special interactions for having Domon and Gym pilot each others mobile suits (each would say "SHINING FINGA!" when performing the attack in the other suit). I could only imagine Barry doing the same if he was a pilot.
At least he went out like a true warrior and fulfilled the warriors code
A sad end for a great warrior
There’s just something special about putting a martial artist behind the controls of a mech. Wu Fei from Gundam Wing and Xenogears on the PS1 was my first exposure to the concept before G Gundam made its debut, and always thought it was badass cause they could transfer their own fighting techniques through the controls.
The case with Wu Fei and his Gundams baffles me. Unlike in G Gundam wherein the pilots uses the Mobile Trace System to mimick their movements, the mobile suit technology in the Wing Universe uses the standard 3-monitor + joystick/shifters/knobs with buttons and pedal controls to operate the mech.
How on earth can Wu Fei transfer and convert his martial art skills and moves to that kind of input system?!

@@ootb-builds Likely the same way a Draconis Combine Samurai transfers the principles of Kenjutsu and Bushido into the piloting of a Battlemech.
@@ootb-builds the thing is, making the mobile suit can move with the kind of precision the anime/manga show shouldn't be possible with that simple of a control scheme. Well, it's not simple-simple, but for the range of movement a mobile suit can achieve, it's way too simple to be making any sense.
The control of g gundam and (surprisingly) gundam build fighters are honestly making more sense in this regard. The former has the special suit to help control the robot to do human-like actions, while the latter can simply pick pre-programmed movements via the option wheel--much like the control on video game.

considering the leap of technology in Freedom, they could probably manage to build a pseudo tracker system similiar to G Gundam cockpits for him.

In addition it would cool if you also add which faction would be fighting for (no matter if the faction you choose wins or loses the battle) and the Mobile suit you would use in that battle it can be custom model or a MS that appear in the respective battle.

Question of the Week: What mobile suits would you change the technical specs of before piloting??
i.e. general tuning, addition/removal of systems, weapon loadout changes, etc.
Right off the bat, the RX-78-2. If I’m using this after Amuro did, I’m definitely gonna be tuning it to fit my reaction speed instead.

For me, it would be Re-GZ with the Back Weapon System remove and use the weapons on it as a detachable weapons
@@ligerzero4782 I don’t even think it’s ‘lowest’ setting is fit for an Oldtype judging by Chris’s comments.
@@jaderabbit898 I would think it would have a less sensitive control setting for the maintenance crew to test their repairs or they would have to keep calling the pilot to check their work. I thought that could be used as a base to work off of for regular pilots to use.
