The debate at the end was about the ramifications of viewers not seeing original content because of reactions. Original videos getting replaced by reactions only becomes a "problem" to people that enjoy watching reactions. Even for react enjoyers, we still get recommended original content about reactions we've already watched, or original videos related to reactions we've watched.

The pool of time argument could've also been argued that the likelihood the original video gets into their algorithm is vague to begin with and in the chance that the view is stolen, he can have it set up in a way that they still get compensated for their work or the audience is redirected to the original post.
It seems backwards for the original creators to have to complain about it for him to get permission and or offer some kind of compensation. If he wasn't as lazy about it he could ask for permission to react to specific channel's stuff before they start complaining or bring it up to him privately. X has earned the right to chill also small streamers getting more views from x interesting.
whoever was the first streamer everyone copied so......
when i watched this on x's stream i didnt know who tom is. its not like i hated him or anything but this convo was iritating due to xqc's brainlesseness and tom's indiferent attitude towards the matter. at the time it felt like he was just spamming bait comments at xqc and he would eat that shi whole. now that i know who tom is this convo is way funnier
tbh to this day idk why people are mad on behalf of the creators, they already confirmed a long time ago that they email everyone and ask everyone for permission to react
They don’t what x
you dont "steal content", views are very rarely impacted by a bigger online personality. if anything, it brings them into another life cycle. videos usually start ramping and peaking in the first week or two. if you dont fk with that spurt it doesnt matter, and even that doesnt matter if the channel is already a big dog on yt
@@voids98 all this content is free use material, most videos have gone through their cycles of vieweship and are just plateauing. past a certain point, theres no monetary benefit unless you actively push for it (nobody does this). monetary value isnt yoinked away by someones transformative content. its not that deep r3tardo
@@voids98My guy thinks this is in any shape or form applicaple to reselling tangible products. Reading comprehension of a goldfish
im not namecalling you, you just are r3tarded. Low IQ like thes Z-listers if you will. I dont care what illiterate fukcs like ethan or xqc think.
@@voids98 How do we stop it from happening then.
@@dpad_How is react content "transformative"? You do realise that for something to be fair use it requires that it can't be a replacement for the original and since reactions watch either the entire video or almost all of it that means it's not fair use right? You can attempt to argue that it doesn't have a meaningful impact but the law doesn't allow it. There's a reason these reactors aren't reacting to paid copyright content most of the time.
I also wonder whether people think fangames are "transformative" and fall under fair use. They don't because they use another person's ip without a license.
@@dpad_Also it's not your decision whether reaction content is losing the original creator potential views or money so you should obviously get consent first. I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone watching an original video when they've already watched a video with their favourite streamer's reactions in the corner.
This guy needs a glass of water🚰
the real winner of this debate is TL busta
wtf is happening 40 mins onwards XD
Whats the name of the booba who was defending xqc
She didn’t seem well, prob not good to watch
Mercofdaperc. She's an xQc glazer/ stalker with opinions and conclusions that are actually worse than xQc.
mercoffdaperc is her name
she sounds like someone familiar...
she was coming off wrong cause she has huge crush on him and had literally no idea about debate@@Maximus-kx3kg
xqc genuinely thinks hes a god lmao, mf said "are you really comparing yourself to someone like me" wym? rich? that changes nothing when it comes to integrity besides proving he is weak.
shut up brendol
How is being white and being trans the same thing ?
Good content 👌
half the guys in the call are actual virgins but this is content
Is that adept talking?
I like the part where he reacts
what's the british girl's name?
Xqc
kelly jean bruv
i like content but i cannot listen to this random narcassost talk for 2 hours and a half. if you are trying to debate for content, find more interesting or unique individuals to bring on this stream
are u referring to xqc?
@@deejn3642No I’m pretty sure he’s talking about the Turkey Tom guy who was against X the whole time.
TT is insuferable he was farming attention there nothing else had no good points through out the debate was making sexist remarks against merc, trolled X's speech and was blatant racist saying you shoukd learn english

This tom guy perfect example of envious malder
He's a weird one. He agrees with xQc on react content, but wanted to argue against him for clout. He kept on engaging with gotchas and leading questions or loaded statements.
you are the perfect example of a glazer
@@userunaemuto be fair XQC came in the middle of the YT react channel argument Tom and Destiny were having. So XQC came in and since they were talking about him and react content they had to put everything on the table otherwise it would be weird to talk this much but say nothing when in front of XQC.
So props to Turkey Tom for having the balls to have this conversation in front of XQC
@@userunaemuhe is debate bro my guy he agreed with x but wanted to talk about other side of our argument
Not even close
cool is this right after 9/11 video?
Yup
I don't know these guys but I just saw from Destiny's video that the deeper voice is turkey tom, that guy is so annoying
he is, hos whole youtube persona is hating on people and is a blatant sexist
Mad?
just do like forsen does it. instead of reacting to videos you watch the videos, and boom problem solved. no more problem with react content
Tbh, most reaction I watch from X I wouldn't watch from the original channel anyway, or I watch the reaction to see his reaction the video I already watched... So yeah LMAO

Hi
PogU 😯🤙Doomsday and Darkseid team up with their laser eyes to burn some random kids to a crisp like fish & chips regarding reaction content.

that tom guy was just hating and argumenting for the sake of argumenting , not to mention with big react streamer the view is beacues of their own following and community not because your video was super creative , and mostly the video bieng reacted to gets more from big reacters reacting than without them reacting .
also if instead of talking with the person you have problem with you take it to twitter than you were looking for drama and clout.
also most of these guyz argument against X is pure speculation , i strongly believe if someone has problem with him reacting to his content they should dm him . Most people will have no problem with big reactors will have no problem.
as the debate goes on you can see this turkey dude is huge mysognist and sexist, he clealry had am above you complex while talking to merc while i bet he'll mald if X did something like that to him he'll cry to sleep. Also during whole argument he was clearly hating then went to troll X's speech impediment
AINT NO ON READING YOUR COMMENTS 😂
@@PrinceLobo-es8kllets be fair here. Merc was being very unhinged and glazing throughout the conversation and her joining in on it was a big catalyst of whatever productive conversation there was left to turn into further degeneracy.
