Having disc herniations at L4/L5 and L5/S1 with radiculopathy, working at a laptop while seated is a nightmare for me. Can't be more than 30 min straight in that position and the pain lingers even when I stand up :/ hope these tips help me 🙏

If you’re back isn’t up against it, or certain settings we mentioned are off, then you’re still gonna have pain. Plus, as we mentioned, if you sit at a desk all day you have to move around and you have to do exercises that strengthen the muscles that help you suit without pain. Thanks for watching and sharing!

I have "super ergo chair" but still cause pain and discomfort :(
