    Having disc herniations at L4/L5 and L5/S1 with radiculopathy, working at a laptop while seated is a nightmare for me. Can't be more than 30 min straight in that position and the pain lingers even when I stand up :/ hope these tips help me 🙏

      They should, but also remember you should use exercises to combat working on the computer. Try our Ski Jumper Video and other postural and exercise videos from our Exercise Playlist to help out.

    I have "super ergo chair" but still cause pain and discomfort :(

      If you’re back isn’t up against it, or certain settings we mentioned are off, then you’re still gonna have pain. Plus, as we mentioned, if you sit at a desk all day you have to move around and you have to do exercises that strengthen the muscles that help you suit without pain. Thanks for watching and sharing!
