A lonely, deranged boy who lives a very anti-social life, alone in his house, starts to experience strange things happening to him for some days. The bell of his house rings each day, once at night, and when he opens the door, no one will be there. On the 7th day, which is also the date of his birthday however, the bell rings 3 times and with that comes his friends he has not seen in a long time. But as they enter, strange things keep happening as he can't see them but keep hearing their voices. The isolation of such a misanthropic being leads to something dark and monstrous. The movie explores what is real and what is not and explores the degrees of disastrous steps taken in complete emptiness.
