I made this! But I increased the cream to 600ml and reduced the condensed milk to just over half a can but it was still quite sweet. Made a vanilla one and a strawberry ripple one. It's sooo good!
I made mint n chocochips when my sister came to visit me with her kids. Looking at green color they were skeptical. But when they tasted it was yummm. The tub didn't lasted even a day. Thks for amazing recipe. I've made choco banana n it was a hit too.

I can’t find the ice cream recipes. You rock Gemma n rescued my cheesecake. At 3am I didn’t have whipping cream to continue making my no bake cheesecake ( for my second layer ) so I googled n yours came out. It turned out wonderful milk + gelatins= whipping cream. Thank you Gemma.

Gemma in Argentina we eat dulce de leche as you eat Nutella. I think there's a dulce de leche jar in every house. You can buy it in any supermarket or drugstore. I love the idea of you making your own with condensed milk (which is the easiest way to do it, 'cuz u can boil milk with sugar and wait an hour until you get your dulce de leche done, or you can boil one condensed milk can and have instant dulce de leche!!)

I made it!😃...but I started to put the setting on whip because it didn’t seem to be doing much but I was patient and sure enough...and once you add the condensed milk it forms those peaks fast. I’m also satisfied with the large amount that was yielded. I keep ice cream 🍨 in the home, particularly vanilla so it’s good to know how to make it❣️

I made the caramel one and it's great! It's a bit weird when it melts but still delicious. I added a teaspoon of sea salt flakes to make salted caramel ice cream :D

I watched this video last night and I really wanted to see if I could make it. Oh my .......the base of your ice cream is spot on. I made pistachio, chocolate and pecan, really smooth rich coffee and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I will never buy ice cream from the shop again. The taste is amazing and so easy to make.
