I got these ice cream containers from crate & barrel & I highly recommend them!! The ice cream firms up but doesn’t get rick hard! They are like a stainless steel mug but pint size ❤
Can’t afford a kitchen aid and there isn’t one for my very old hand me down Kenwood. But we have a Cuisinart ice cream which was a gift and we use it ALL the time!! Especially for mango sorbet at this time of year, when mangos are in abundance. 😊
Why do i feel like the cookie doughs are raw. Never had i made ice creams with yolks too. Correct/educate me if I'm wrong. I'm willing to try making ice cream with yolks. 😊
I'm wondering what to substitute the egg with to get a similar consistency? I cannot have eggs in anything unless they are baked (there is a protein or something in them (and bananas) that I cannot digest in large amounts; it makes me sick and my stomach hurts for a long time; it's very painful). Thank you in advance!

You can try the whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk type of ice cream? Look up some recipes, I'm sure you'll find many.

Ice cream bowl needs to be colder. Try leaving it in the freezer for an extra day and make sure your ingredients are cold.
