I used to always play RPGs, which I originally got hooked on because of N64 Zelda games. Parkour seems shares the obstacle-athletic adventure, only you're physically doing it.
i dont think its ment to be, but this is really sexy! The movement is like watching dancing its really great! good work to all involved in this production!
this video was really sick, i find girls are more gentle and..for lack of a better term smarter with there training,1:26 (using her momentum instead of beasting it) which displays how intricate parkour really is.
guys, please stop watching this video just to drool over how hot these women or at least keep those comments to yourself. i've trained with some of these women and they are just as talented, dedicated and strong as the men they train with. I'm sure they appreciate compliments but maybe you should compliment their parkour skills and training instead of their appearance.
@IluvzShuffle Flow still needs work with alot of women. I see that the ones with a gymnastic background have a good flow but it's all way too percise like their thaught in gymnastics and that doesn't fit parkour! Flow is also a bit loose and continueing without stopping and i didn't see that alot yet. just saying. But i think it's very good that more girls and women are starting to train altough there aren't alot woman training here in the netherlands probably cuz their scared of others reaction
Im a girl and I train, Im only 14 though. I find it hard training around guys but iv sort of gotten used to it. Even though guys are better strength wise were better at flow and balance :P
@bbbbbb222222 Thanks alot. It's a fact that's plagued me for quite a long time. I understand what it's like to see sexism towards men for what it truly is. It's frustrating and downright depressing, but the way I see it is 1 of 2 things have to happen, either men get enough rights to be on par with women, or women have to have rights taken away to be on par with men. I think the first one is much more ideal, so that's the stance I take on it. So let's let everyone do everything =P

you girls are good but you have reached your limit... you need to go beyond your limit and make more dangerous movement... parkour/free running is an extreme sport and it meant to go beyond your limits... to push yourself to the max. on your videos it looks more like your training parkour becouse you want to stay fit. i hope you girls wasn't offended by this
