Hi Caira good morning happy Monday morning and I hope you having amazing day today and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
This place is gorgeous! I see there is a theme in cabinetry in most of the luxury penthouses you've shown in your videos. Same developer? What type of cabinets are in this kitchen/throughout the penthouse?
Beautiful place, no question. The real problem lies outside. Chicago has to get the crime situation sorted out in River North, Gold Coast, Loop, etc where people can't even walk around anymore late at night without the possibility of roving bands of robbers putting a gun to their head or carjacking them. This kind of rent is unacceptable when there is no safety and peace of mind where you live.
@@sosamanotf642 Soft? I spent a good part of my life in places like Detroit and I've also been a visitor to Chicago for over 20 years. In 2019 alone I spent 30 days total vacationing there. Things have changed bud. I don't feel the need to prove my toughness hanging out in Mayor Lighthead's Chicago either. People like yourself are in denial but that's OK, stay like that. See how far it gets you and everyone else there who refuse to admit there's a problem. Wish the city the best of luck, really do because it's been like a second home to me.
@@RealArtfulDodger well, there’s an in between as with everything. I was raised in Chicago (30 years old) and I don’t ever recall Chicago being this bad, even just a few years ago without Lightfoot and I was no fan of Rahm. Perhaps in the 70’s & 80’s, but again, I’m 30 and not in my lifetime. One could visit communal places and feel completely safe (downtown, North Ave beach,so forth). Now I pass on North Ave beach despite going there my entire life and go to quieter beaches, which is aggravating. Id prefer to feel fine going to any beach/communal space. I also don’t recall the train being so bad both in commute times and in cleanliness + not having to hear people screaming and/or harass you for $ consistently. I will vote against Lightfoot 100% - she has done terribly. With that said: suburbanites or Midwesterners who say they won’t go into the city because they swear everyone at all times is in danger just make us city people roll our eyes….yes.
This penthouse is GOALS 😍 they’ve truly thought of everything! Really enjoying your content and variety
If the building has large available parking spaces, I would def rent here.

Wow.. Nice 10 grand a month is alot!!
View is something and those floor to ceiling windows
Just a spectacular space, inside and out! Gorgeous. I wouldn't change a thing either except the price.
Hahaha same!!! Price is a lot, but the unit itself is perfect 😍
@@CairaButton It truly is!
@@CairaButtonCan you please tell us the price. I’m sorry if you stated it already🙏🏼
@@DemureDarlings 10k!
More penthouse videos please
Do you have a links of this unit? I want to see a floor plan. Thank you❤
This is mine!
is there a penthouse which has 2 primary bedrooms equally with bath tub in Chicago??
Yes there are!
Where is it?
Can i have a location?
River North neighborhood in Chicago. To some, downtown Chicago; to others, a neighborhood adjacent to downtown Chicago.
The only problem is that it's river north. Cool factor is down and crime is up.
We're talking Manhattan prices here!
No it’s prime real estate along the river so of course it’s going to be high ( location, location location)💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
In Manhattan, you’d get half the square footage and amenities/modernities for that price!
I am so poor
