    All opinions are my own. Please use all advice at your own risk.
    Disclaimer: Never heat your leather with high temperatures for prolonged periods of time. Only use warm temps and continuously move your heat source's position in order to warm your oils into the leather. This is what I do with my shoes, but what you do with yours is at your own risk.
    Additionally, Sno-Seal does not make your feet warmer or adds any insulation to your shoes. It only prevents most water from absorbing into your shoes.

    I've used Sno Seal for over 40 years. It's the best thing I've ever used for treating and protecting leather. It even helps heal chapped hands.

      Hey Ted! Thanks so much for watching. Yeah, I'm glad I found sno-seal. It does a fantastic job at repelling water and the elements, but moreso than that (which I think more people tend to care about) is that it makes your boots look "better" from being dry and worn out. Crazy what a little beeswax can do!

      Hi Hope! I don't know what to say! That's so very kind of you to take the time to write this and I'm touched. Oftentimes, I wonder if my videos are making a difference. However, I know that with time and effort, there will be results. I try my best to keep it concise because I have a mission to help people love their leather, not feel overwhelmed doing so. Thanks again for the encouragement! Please share a video or my channel with your friends and family. I'm trying to reach 1,000 subscribers. Thanks!

    The welt needs waterproofing, it is the one biggest weakspot int tearms of waterproofness. But you usually use leather grease for the welt since it make the leather arround it swell a little bit and so make the welt waterproof. EDIT: Docs have a plastic weltstrip so just apply snowsneal there too.

    Is this product better than the Doc Martens Dubbin? Thanks.

    • @evumies
      @evumies  5 месяцев назад +1

      Honestly, they're very similar. I think Dr. Martens' dubbin is good, however, this one I have found gives an instant shine. Personally, I like this formulation better. But I can't say one's better than the other in terms of quality. I hope that helps!

    Some suede is sold as waxed suede.

    • @evumies
      @evumies  8 месяцев назад

      You're absolutely right! There's definitely some styles and pros to waxing your suede since suede is more breathable than other leathers. However, if some people want to keep their texture, it's definitely going to change with this! Thanks so much for watching.
