He literally said (due to our sizable lead) that we no longer “needed to score, just defend” Explains why we hardly blow teams away and why our players look so “unfit” With such a high octane, high defensive style, it is little wonder why we have lost a lot of gas late in seasons over the last 3 years. Goodwin is clueless and it is affecting the performance on field. Simply not a sustainable game style, let alone a persistent go at it over the last 36 months. He hasn’t evolved as a coach and the past failed results are ultimately on him.
@jde2411 I'm just being realistic. The glass half full approach is all good and well but things just haven't panned out this year and it sucks. Future still could be bright depending on what changes are made
Seems pretty upbeat for a side who only puts in a decent effort for less than half a game 🙄 Piss weak fitness and lack of hunger. Nothing positive about losing winnable games. The talent is there. Effort is useless right now
