I’ve been all over different parts of Mexico love the country but I’ve never been to Tijuana even though I live in California I’m just wondering what’s the appeal? Why should I go there? I know they have a good food scene I guess a pretty good red light zone but beyond that not sure, if it’s worth it? The streets look almost unnaturally clean.

It's all relative. Where are you from. If you're coming from Minnesota, it will seem like a warm spring day. But if you're from SoCal, it feels chilly to us. Overall expect daytime temperatures in the 60s. Nighttime in the 40s and 50s. Could be some rain. But not too often.
