- Spent a few weeks back in Kyoto. It's been a few years since I last visited. This is night walk through the historic streets of Kyoto, Japan. Kyoto is known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of footsteps on cobblestone streets, distant chatter of people passing by, the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze, and the soft glow of lanterns casting shadows on the pagoda. The binaural audio recording will make you feel like you're actually there.

and not a trash can in sight either due to laws. what i find crazy is how tiny the streets are and there are barely any vehicles. zero congestion

everything is just perfect
as a Londoner, i would love to live in a place like this - so clean and atmospheric, quiet, everyone seems polite, few cars.. where are the crowds of delinquent youths..? the drunks and rough sleepers, the piles of rubbish.. the loud music..? this place is a dream. also, it is interesting that the sidewalks are not elevated (no kerbs), offering no protection from road traffic. maybe drivers are careful and polite. here, they would be driving on the sidewalks all the time.. and parking on them too...
