Hi Shagufta, I had been using this for long for my feet and it works great. For face however, I replace vaseline with Cerava healing ointment as vaseline is 100% petroleum jelly and makes face look quite tacky. The cerave ointment is 45% petrolatum and contains hylaronic acid. Its great for the face if applied over carave moisturizer and left overnight. One does not even need a face primer when doing make up next morning as the skin is already very soft. Another very cheap alternative is application of glycerin and then spray of rose water. That also keeps the skin hydrated.

JazakAllah for sharing this life saving cream for people like me,,,,,i hv tried almost ever totka on earth for treating dry skin but failed,,,,using expensive creams since ages,,,, but this mixture of Vaseline and olive oil is magic only in three days it gives super soft texture,,,, I’m using in on my face also and it works wonder,,,thank you so much once again shugufa ❤
I had a similar skin condition known as contact dermatitis which is a form of eczema. I tried different medicines and doctor advised to avoid anything to do with water. I only used dove soap white bar. What really helped though was vaseline mixed with coconut oil.

cerave healing ointment itself is extremely good, specially when you apply it on slightly damp skin

I used metafil cream and mixed some almond oil, some thin lotion, some glycerine and mixed it well and its amazing for dry and itchy skin
