Employees Of The Bank Of Saint Lucia Have Returned To Work Following A Sickout Late Last Month

Employees of the Bank of Saint Lucia have returned to work following a sickout late last month.
This comes after the workers expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of a recent job evaluation exercise by management.
Since then, their bargaining representative - the National Workers Union - and the management of the financial institution have come to an agreement following the intervention of the island`s labour commissioner.
Miriam Montoute reports that a final settlement is yet to be reached.
