- The mother of the island’s 13th homicide victim says she and her family are no strangers to gun violence having lost two sons to the scourge. Now she is in fear that other members of her family are in danger even as she awaits justice for her two sons-one slain in 2023 and the other this past weekend.
Parents tell you children that crime does not pay.
