Great tip regarding warping board - I never thought of splicing at either end - I was always tying each end to the peg - this will be so much easier.

These are great tips for beginners, which I am not, but I was wondering if you do any sectional warping? I have found sectional warping to be the only way to warp, (for me) for several reasons, mobility being the major factor as I have a degenerative spinal condition and pain is very real. Anyway…. I’m always looking for better ways to deal with knots in the sectional warping situations. At the moment, I simply eliminate them at the spool winding stage if possible, but sometimes, if winding directly from the factory spool, a knot might be encountered, so I’m trying different methods of dealing with that.

Hi Crystal! Thank you so much for the comment! While I've never done sectional warping, I have friends who love it! I'll ask them how they handle the knots. I'll be curious to see what they say! I'll get back to you!
