Town garages are dirty places. A large number are listed as hazardous sites in Vermont. Nothing but one generation of man sweeping oil, hydraulic fluid and fuel soaked cat litter out the door after another. They leave the half used sand/salt pile uncovered all summer, they’re sloppy when they fill the bulk fuel tank, then sloppy when they fill the equipment. I’ve picked up countless oil container trash, reported spill after spill and nobody makes it stop. Nothing is ever a problem. But it is a problem. I CANT drink my water! You wouldn’t either!

A town garage doesn’t require a million dollar building, but they are the equivalent of a commercial facility that needs enough space to contain the toxic filth to their own space!
