    My program is under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot for NB Skilled Worker Stream.
    Medical was already done and submitted to IRCC Medical last week of December 2020.
    As of now still waiting for the Biometric then Working Visa to move to Canada. As advise from the Immigration Consultant that the Employer still does not pay the Compliance Fee....so we cannot proceed for Biometric.
    Sorry for not mentioning the name of the Consultant to avoid any conflict.
    1. It is possible that from this stage Employer still does not pay the Compliance Fee....?
    Since I have already received the following documents:
    Employers Contract
    Endorsement of Nomination
    Employer Support Form
    Support Letter from New Brunswick Nominee Program
    2. Does the Employer will pay and handle the followings:
    Work Permit Application Fee
    RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE
    PROCESSING FEE
    PNP FEE
    BIOMETRIC
    MEDICAL
    Air Ticket
    Hard copies of documents including the Federal Forms for PR application soon to be sent to the Canadian Immigration thru courier.
    Thank you for time answering my queries and please add any suggestions.
    Also if you can explain the process of this program AIP-NB Skilled Stream Worker how many days to wait in every process/stages from beginning until applicant touch down Canada.
    Once again thank you and appreciate your time.

    Hi Jayson, thank you for the valuable information you are sharing. Does it mean that if I am above 55 years old upon application for the NBPNP, I am already not eligible or just I'll be getting zero on points? Also, Is it true that job opportunities are limited in NB for part time for students and full time jobs which is important in this NBPNP?

    • @JaysonJim
      @JaysonJim  3 года назад

      Thanks for watching and for the comment. As per official website of NB, applicant must be aged from 22 to 55. So it means, if you are above 55, you won’t be eligible for the nomination.

    Hi Jayson, thank you for the information on the NB-PNP. But I do have a question.
    How long does someone has to live in NB after the “Permanent Residence” has been obtained (that is to say, can I move to Alberta for instance after living for 2 or 3 years on NB) and my reason for asking was that in your video, you mentioned staying in NB permanently.
    I’d appreciate your feedback on this.

      @JaysonJim  3 года назад

      Kayode Kolawole thanks for watching and for the comment. Upon making an EOI, you must indicate that you will live permanently but you can move to other province as well. There is no specific number of years to stay in NB. Personally, I will stay for less than 5 years at least to give back NB the opportunity that has given me.
