Correction - I misstated one of the requirement for internationals graduates. I state that the "student must graduate within BC." However, the correct statement is that "students must graduate Canada within the last 3 years." So more good news for those that graduated outside BC.
I was also going to ask this but thank you for clarifying. I have one question though. Since this is an employer-driven stream, how hard is it to find a company in BC that meets all the requirements? Thank you in advance.
There are other minor documents to get the BC PNP, a letter of recommendation from the employer, and some legal documents/information from the company. Yes, the employer must be willing to support you doing all of this paperwork, I was lucky. After this with the PNP letter in hand, I applied for PR back in Sept. The special thing here is I was able to do it using the studies from my country (ECA) and my job offer.
Congrats on your course!!! wooohooo!!! Oh by the way - you said you only qualify if you are a graduate from BC within the last 3 years, I am not sure if I heard it right. But I guess, not true - I got invited from EE BC PNP - International graduate stream - even though I graduated from Nova Scotia Community College. We had this discussion last week in my coaching course with the immigration consultant and my students - during our masterclass we noticed that you get extra points if you're a graduate from BC - but not a requirement. Also, I used my ECA instead of my canadian diploma - you can either use ECA or your Canadian diploma - based on my personal experience - it ends up that my ECA can give me more points :D Also, an important point to highlight as well - don't change your field (NOC) - you will get 10 extra pts if you have directly related past experience - that helped me got invited as well :)

Can you suggest this pathway for older applicants 40+? What are the chances for PNP? Still proceed with EE even with "bitin" CRS and hopefully get nominated? Is this a risk worth taking? To clarify, International post-graduate studies are 1-2 years and can be taken with an undergrad bachelors degree yes? Tnx.
TBH, 40+ applicants will lose lots of valuable points under the EE. Applicants 45 or older will have 0 out of 110 points for age. That is quite a loss. Best to calculate your CRS score before studying in Canada. You should consider other PNPs pathways.

Hi dear, thanks for asking! I had to pay for the private insurance BCIT has (Guard me) separately for the first 3 months. It takes 3 months to process, which is why BCIT is offering that private insurance for at least 3 months :D Hope that made sense! :)

hello. i have a question. how about if i have 1 yr pgwp only and i still want to stay to canada. Do i have an option of applying for open work permit? or is it necessary to study another 1 yr to acquire 3 yrs pwgp? tia 🙂
Oh no, you already applied for a PGWP dear. No other one will be granted if you decide to study again 🥺 And it’s unlikely that you can apply for another Open Work Permit, unless you meet a small group of eligible people that can apply for that (ex spouse of a study permit holder, refugee or bridging open work permit) That’s also part of the reason why I had to unfortunately apply for a visitor record. :( Have you qualified for EE?
@@rrdancel hi, actually not yet. i will start my class on May 2021 under Personal support worker program for 1 yr. and as told by my agent, i have 1 yr pgwp after my program. actually studying again will be my least option because it is expensive, so can i apply bowp that time??
Oh so you’re still going to study and just worrying about the future! Good to know that you’re looking ahead 😊👍 Uhm if you feel that your studies may not be enough to qualify for EE, you have the option to study another 1 year program and then apply for PGWP after. Assuming that the programs and schools you went to are PGWP-eligible. Some people 1+1 studies to get 3 year PGWP 😊 PGWP is only issued once in your life, so use it wisely 😊
There is a question on PNP online application: "Do you have an active application for provincial nomination or permanent residence under any other federal or provincial program?" What should be the answer to this question as I have an express entry profile already submitted which was a requirement of BC PNP.
Hi Peryln, Here is the website with all the information about the BC PNP program and instructions on how to apply. www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/About-The-BC-PNP
Hi rrdancel have a good day and stay safe always...i just want your opinion if I am still qualified for student pathway? Currently I am working abroad as a Salessupervisor for a Dairy company for more than 12years and still currently working. I am graduated 2001 as a Business Administration major in Marketing at Central Colleges of the Philippines.
It’s possible. But, since you already have 12 years experience, you may be eligible for the Foreign Skilled Worker (FSW) category. You should get yourself assessed by an authorized representative to see if you are a good candidate for that program.
Come after +2, If you are on a budget come to canada after +2 do diploma of 2 years get PR and do undergrad as a domestic student and your fees would be so less, you can come after +2 and directly do undergrad but it can be expensive.
You will have to meet the requirements for each BC PNP program. Age will matter for Express Entry. If you are over 30 years of age, you start to loose points towards your overall CRS score.
For BC PNP requirements, check here: www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/B-C-Provincial-Nominee-Program/BC-PNP-pathways For over 30 year old applicants, you may want to consider other ways to improve your CRS score (retaking IELTS, ECA, LMIA or Job offer..etc).

@@rrdancel hi thank you for replying. So i was just informed that my current job doesn’t provide LMIA, so i was thinking once i finished my study then will work full time under pgwp and NOC B,for a year, can i apply for EE then? What if my pgwp expires and i wasnt invited, what will be my other option?
Or what if i got sponsored by different employer that is not NOC B once i finished the pgwp. Is that possible to continue working? And can still process EE then since i already gained a 1yr full time NOC B job? Thank you
Hey what about NOC C And B jobs ?
NOC C isn’t considered a skilled job as per IRCC 😕
I wanna join the online course!

I hope ma notice mo po ito, for example if you received a job offer from a employer but you don't you're not eligible for express entry can you still apply for Provincial nominee program? Since i know I'm not eligible for express entry since I'm still 21 and I don't have many or long experiences in works. sana masagot nyo po
I’m just wondering, have you received a nomination certificate from a province?
@@rrdancel Wla po, for example lng po na naka recieve ka ng Job offer or letter from an Employer possible po ba makapag apply ako sa PNP? yun nga po eh i know di ako papasa sa express entry kasi atleast 1year yung experience and I'm just 21years old and may experiences ako but still not enough.
@@rrdancel in addition po, I am currently studying agriculture sa tesda I'm aiming to get Nc2 and 3 then after maka tapos I'll try to apply in Canada as a Farm worker kaya ngayon plng nag babasa na ako yung ways to get into canada without express entry heheh sana ma enlighten nyo po ako. thank you
Is limia required along with job offer?
For BC PNP, no! Employers are not required to obtain an LMIA in support of your BC PNP application
hello. i have a question. how about if i have 1 yr pgwp only and i still want to stay to canada. Do i have an option of applying for open work permit? or is it necessary to study another 1 yr to acquire 3 yrs pwgp? tia 🙂
Oh no, you already applied for a PGWP dear. No other one will be granted if you decide to study again 🥺
And it’s unlikely that you can apply for another Open Work Permit, unless you meet a small group of eligible people that can apply for that (ex spouse of a study permit holder, refugee or bridging open work permit)
That’s also part of the reason why I had to unfortunately apply for a visitor record.
Good to know that you’re looking ahead 😊👍
Uhm if you feel that your studies may not be enough to qualify for EE, you have the option to study another 1 year program and then apply for PGWP after. Assuming that the programs and schools you went to are PGWP-eligible.
Some people 1+1 studies to get 3 year PGWP 😊 PGWP is only issued once in your life, so use it wisely 😊
Hey I did Associate degree of Science, am I eligible for bc pnp or no? Thanks
I don't think you met the requirements. But, you can always check.

@@rrdancel but now, as you know, u can ☺️
Is work experience required to apply for bc post graduate pnp?
Which BC PNP stream are you looking at? 😊
There is a question on PNP online application: "Do you have an active application for provincial nomination or permanent residence under any other federal or provincial program?"
What should be the answer to this question as I have an express entry profile already submitted which was a requirement of BC PNP.
How to enroll?
Hi Peryln,
Here is the website with all the information about the BC PNP program and instructions on how to apply.

@@rrdancel do you have any ideas that possible to assist my eligibility if I am qualified as FSW?
Please message me on Instagram
Can u please tell which is better to come Canada after +2 or graduation?
Come after +2, If you are on a budget come to canada after +2 do diploma of 2 years get PR and do undergrad as a domestic student and your fees would be so less, you can come after +2 and directly do undergrad but it can be expensive.
@@DesiInCanada which province is better to get Pr
@@bilu-02 winnipeg, nova scotia, saskatchwen these province PR in easy than ontario, vancouver.
Are u an RCIC?
No I’m not! Just a nerd that likes to research this typa stuff 😝💕
Hi can I get BC PNP after graduating from a university in BC? Does age matter? (Eg: 30 plus)
You will have to meet the requirements for each BC PNP program.
Age will matter for Express Entry. If you are over 30 years of age, you start to loose points towards your overall CRS score.
@@rrdancel what are the requirements?
Also can you recommend other programs that would lead to settle in BC after 30. Thank you
For BC PNP requirements, check here:
www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/B-C-Provincial-Nominee-Program/BC-PNP-pathways
For over 30 year old applicants, you may want to consider other ways to improve your CRS score (retaking IELTS, ECA, LMIA or Job offer..etc).
