      @@SelfcareKaren My whole day is early. Breakfast at 4:15 AM (I'm at work at 4:50 AM), small lunch at 11:00 AM with The Price is Right, dinner at 3:00-3:30 PM, and evening snack at 8:00 PM with The Voice, Survivor, AGT, Guardians game, or whatever we're watching that evening.

    Do you follow your own strength training program or do you follow someone on RUclips for that?

      @@TheCallyjean I actually did a lot of research last year to make up my own program. Over time I’ve increased the size of the weights and increased the reps. I also add and takeaway things about every month. I keep track of the routines, weights, and reps in a notebook so I know what to do each session and when to change it up. Hope that helps. 😃
