Backyard Bird Watching - Животные
The Baltimore oriole is stunningly beautiful. We have a similar bird called the Golden oriole, it is a rare summer visitor to the U.K. But it is bright yellow where the Baltimore oriole is orange.
I’m from the Chicago Suburbs and I love to see natures beauty. Yours is a real treat. I will share this tube.
I live in an apartment that made me take down all my bird feeders. To me, watching birds is like staring into a campfire or watching waves hit the shore; it's calming and almost hypnotic. I can do it for hours and not get bored. Watching your videos makes me smile and reaffirms my appreciation for the beauty of nature. Thank you. :-)
Demo Ray that really is terrible that somebody in your apartment complex made you remove your bird feeders. I guess some people have no respect for nature. As somebody who suffers from anxiety and attention deficit disorder watching various birds gravitate to the bird feeders i put out definitely calms me down. It is soothing watching them.
I think thats mean. Unless he thinks the seed will bring in mice and such.
David DeMarais That’s what HOA,s and “management “ of apt complexes do. Not fond of that attitude at all.
oh how much i understand i feel the same way wonderful feeling
@@JellyBellyMystic well that means you realy dont like birds sad
Dec 2018: I live in middle Georgia and I saw my very first Baltimore Oriole today and I am so excited! I have lots of visitors from Cardinals, Chickadees, Goldfinches, House Finches, Tufted Titmice, Warblers, Rusty Blackbirds, Jays & I've caught a couple of glimpses of a Pileated Woodpecker & small Woodpecker that I am trying to coax closer with Suet. I'm going to put out some natural grape jam tomorrow and see if my gorgeous Oriole visitor is interested!
After watching your videos and learning, I get just as many orioles as you do now. I am ecstatic. Though I don't have any video yet. just some bad cell phone ones. but I am loving my backyard full of Baltimore Orioles and occasional orchard orioles.
I love how when enjoying the orioles the chickadee's songs and a woodpecker can be heard in the background as well. Gods nature is so enjoying!
daAnder71 It's God's......Psalm 24:1
Taramarie I think I hear a cardinal going off. I love cardinals

The feeling is just coming back to my left arm, it totally fell asleep due to my cat laying in my arms purring and watching this video! THANK YOU for filming these beautiful birds! Your film is sharp, clear, and to have so many Orioles in one shot...wow! Fantastic! Thank you from me and my kitty Miss Snickers...lol!
I have lived in Maryland all of my life and have yet to see one of these beautiful birds.
geetarinmofo Eldersburg, MD, saw one in my backyard today. We have had momma build a nest before also.
I have never seen an Oriole in my area before, until I put up an Oriole feeder with grape jelly.
We used to have a few Orioles nests up at our hunting cabin in south central PA but haven't seen them in a few years I hope they come back. They are beautiful birds.
I love Baltimore orioles so much.
Wooww..beautiful place
Those orioles are beautiful birds with tremendous appetites.Great video thanks.
we are enjoing our orioles this year...
we just moved into the new house this year and have had wonderful

I live in New Hampshire, and the return of the Baltimore Orioles to my backyard every May is greatly anticipated! I can't get enough of observing them eat the oranges and jelly that we offer. I have never seen more than 4 at one time, so you are very fortunate to have such an abundance of these beauties! Love hearing the other song birds and rooster in the background, too!
There was a while where we didn't see this beautiful bird in our area. Being from Maryland you would thing they were plentiful! It has been in the last 2 to 3 years that they seem to be more sightings. They are Beautiful and sound so lovely!
Patti N I've lived in MD all my life and have never seen a Baltimore Oriole in the wild.
They are so beautiful & such a joy to watch. We have Orioles, Cardinals, and so many more 🥰
Sounds like a World Series for the birds: Orioles and Cardinals.
Excellent video on the Baltimore Orioles, Thanks for posting this! Kelly
wow! bright colors! truly a treat to watch!
So beautiful, first time I discovered this wonder, this beauty makes me lose my words, thank you
Beautiful thanks!
Thanks for watching!
GORGEOUS! Thanks so much for sharing!😀👍💜🙏☮🌞🎶
What a beautiful video ! My Spring birds are just starting to come back and it is always exciting to see old friends. :) The Baltimore Oriole is one of my favorites. They simply glow ! Thanks for sharing and I plan on sharing this on FaceBook…
They're so beautiful! Thanks for posting this!
I love the cardinals singing in the background, Orioles and cardinals and what not- a very colourful bird spot ya got there. Not far into the video yet so I’m not sure if there end up being any cardinals visible in the video. But I sure can hear them, and they’re singing very beautifully. They’re singing is so cute and funny sometimes, as is the case here. It’s like (near the start) “keepoe wee woo wee, wooo weee wooo weee woo” then “cheeradoo cheeradoo cheeradoo” and then there’s the classic “woiiiiit, pew pew pew” that they all seem to make sometimes. I’m very familiar with cardinals so I can hear all those calls pretty easily. If you’re not used to picking out their calls, then the cheeradoo will likely be the easiest to spot. Or the wooo weeeee woo weeeee woo weeeeeee”
many orioles around !wonderful☺
Great vid! I never get sick of watching Orioles. They love that grape jelly.
We're in North-Western Pennsylvania and placed orange halfs with grape jelly out May 1. Within 24 hours we had a pair that has taken up residence. I think timing was important. I suspect they may have just happened along and noticed other large numbers of birds at the various feeders and stopped to investigate. It's still in the 30's at night but we're already getting a great deal of migratory arrivals. Even the humming birds have showed up. Awesome video, thanks so much for posting it!
We have three males and we need to buy another feeder! They are such amazing birds.
Hi, orioles love grape jelly, meal worms, oranges and nectar (sugar water) in the dishes on the video jelly & mealworms.
Wonderful video, so clear! Thanks for sharing it with us.
I love watching your birds,
Beautiful Video! Eagerly awaiting for them in Wisconsin. They arrive earlier every year it seems. I have 10 oriole feeders now and lots of babies every year.
I have Orioles eating my grape jelly of course. Now I've even seen a Robin eating the jelly.

House finchs really like it, and I have a yellow belly woodpecker that comes in and demolishes the dish in one sitting
@@robertcullen4758 I have house finches eating my jelly all day long . Good day to you!
Thank you for posting this. It was very enjoyable to watch.
My cat and I watch a lot of these cat videos together. He watches for a while and falls asleep while I keep watching totally unaware he is zonked out!
Very Cool!
I think I counted 18 mealworms the one oriole ate... w0w!
wow, great video; my cat ChooChoo liked this one the best...The orange scene is stylish and cool.
Thanks!
lol, orioles have a serious sweet tooth...or beak! I feed these guys in the spring, they can`t resist grape jelly
Adorei ver os pássaros livres comendo e voando.
Great video!! Love watching it!! 👍😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Haha they’re so cute & funny.
I enjoyed watching this video and seeing one of the birds that I was facinated by as a child ,living in a wooded area west of Chic. I have not seen one up close for decade.
We live in central Ky. and had one Baltimore Oriole in early May. It was near our hummingbird feeder. We put out grape jelly, but we haven't seen it again.
I like your video gives inspiration for me to get closer to nature .
That's wonderful. I'm glad you liked it!
Gorgeous!
WOW..Very beautiful bird....thanks 4 sharing !!!

What beautiful birds - they look like they're kitted out as a sports team.
I love the animal videos supernatural videos gags and bloopers supernatural .
Think I may have seen an oriole today in the backyard with doves blue jays Sparrows brown thrashers. By the looks of this I guess cut an orange for orioles. Your birds are pretty.
Excellent Video, I just saw an Oriole for the first time. Uploaded a video today of him
We just had an oriole at our humming bird feeder. I like the covered feeder.
I bought my covered feeder last year from Amazon, I believe Duncraft also has that feeder. I plan on adding a liquid feeder as they attempt to use our hummingbird feeders and they are a bit small for them to use them easily.
My cat loves your video!!!
Awesome! Have a happy Thanksgiving!
MY cat loved this ty!
Cant wait till this spring when they come back to kansas ill be waiting and love your videos
Thanks!
I love Orioles. We don't see them often in Connecticut, But I enjoy them when we do.
You can also put out some orange marmalade along with the grape jelly. The Orioles at my house prefer the marmalade. I also put out grape jelly with blueberries. The Catbirds seems to like the grape jelly better and they love the blueberries.
My cat Mimi is now addicted to this video...and with a touch screen, I swear I am dealing with a toddler as she always touches the screen to capture the birds, then cries when it stops! Oy!
Superbe video fort en couleur !! Merci
Thanks
Awesome!
Great focus on that camera. I've never seen so many Baltimore Orioles. I don't think I'm going to see any here this year. I'll try some of the feeders you use.
Hate the Baltimore Orioles baseball team! But love these Baltimore Orioles! They are beautiful birds!
Boo. Must be a Yankees fan.
Yes, they did bring the young late the summer. They just recently left about a week ago.
thank you for feeding the birds, and posting these videos (my cats love!) what a win win situation :)
You're welcome!
Perfect. wow.
Thanks for sharing! :-)
Just makes me SMILE😆
Beautiful birds wish I had them at my home
thegenri- the fee-bee call is that of the chickadee. You can hear it by checking out chickadee song on you tube.
Very nice shots, I didn't see any up north here this year
I've gone through 1 gallon of grape jelly this month i had 12 orioles at once only most of them are the orchard orioles and some baltimore
Great video, thanks! I have a few Orioles in my area but they're usually heard and not seen. I should get some special feeders and try to attract them closer.
هذه جنة العصافير احسنتم
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
They of course like oranges. But will suffer lemons too. They LOVE grape jelly. Mix in some meal worms and they'll feast away.
I do not care if those Orioles are in the grackle family they are drop dead gorgeous!
That bright orange color with black head and feathers is so striking! They are almost crow like! How many mealworms does it take? Save some for somebody else!
Thank you for sharing this nice video about those beautiful feathered friends created by the God of Israel for our pleasure.
🥰🐤
They seem to although the video is just a short window. We are getting to the time this year where we mostly see the males as the females are busy on the nest. They will return later with their young.
👍👍👍
Baltimore Orioles are beautiful .. but the way they behave .. makes me wonder if they are relatives to Bluejays, and Blackbirds. I'm so hoping they'll come here regardless this year! 😉 The Cardinals and Yellow Finches are, among others, so far!
I wish I knew where you got that little feeder
I was amazed at how much food that Baltimore Oriole consumed,(mealworms?,)l thought a bird that size would not be able to digest so much.
I'm curious, do you have fruit trees in your area, or are they attracted simply by the bird feeders. I'd love to get some orioles to visit, but I've never seen one in my new neighborhood and don't know if they will stop by just because they spot a feeder.
Did you add in the background noise?
i am new to bird feeders. is it ok to leave them out in the rain? i have several tube feeders, one has a roof on it the other a cap. i also have the old basic style feeder. thanks for posting this video, awesome.
I only get to see my state bird in people's youtube videos. Wah.
Are they attracted to the Orange feeder more that others.do you mix meal worms in with the jelly?
Beautiful birds, they seem a bit like a Magpie?, good camera too.
Great video. What is on the menu in the dishes?
I have a problem now ( late July ). My jelly is covered with bees, keeping birds away!
Just a question. What are you feeding the Orioles? They look beautiful?
It's January 30, 2021, where was this video taken? I have a D3100 too.
Where did you find the feeder that actually stands up on your deck? I have been looking all over for one like this.
freeze it at 0:37 seconds and that stance looks very familiar. I think I have seen it on a Baseball hat or something. lol.
