Hi David! I received my 2023 Becorns calendar last week. It is so awesome! Your Becorns are the sweetest little woodland creatures. I can’t wait to see how next spring’s Oriole project goes!

Thank you, David for the inspiration. They were delighted with all of your videos. A memory day for us. Their Becorns went home with them for safe keeping.

I'm so excited that your creative work showed up on my RUclips, I was on holiday in France and walking my dogs each day I walked over thousands and thousands of acorns and said to my Dutch friend I wish there was something I could think of to do with these lovely little things, and you have, and I absolutely adore your Becorns. Fabulous work.
I have a smile on my face because of your incredible imagination. When I was a very small child I built haciendas. Mini match boxes were molds for the adobes. In those days there were horney toads galore and their little babies about the size of a pencil eraser could be rounded up into the Pueblo. The best part was watching them make their way out and back to momma! Thank you for taking me on your tour!
I hope you always keep this precious and wholesome view into wildlife for your fans ❤ it truly brightens my day to see an appearance from the Becorns and the other subjects of the story
I just discovered your channel. Bless you for your creativity, humor, kindness and artistic skills! Our world needs more of your influence. From a viewer who feeds the birds (and squirrels and hedgehogs) in France
I absolutely love seeing the process you have shown us. It's so interesting to see the art, craftsmanship, inovativation, discoveries, photography, composition and intent. When I was a kid I didn’t have friends since I moved schools very often so I’d sit under trees during recess and make little stick people. When I’d come home I’d sew little dresses out of flowers for them. Seeing this really connected with that younger part of me, thank you for sharing.

Love it ! You can never have too many Becorns in your life.... I love Burkie and his apprentice....oh heck...I love them all ! A little splash of happiness in this twisted confused world...thanks for sharing your creations ! ❤
Your art makes me nostalgic, it's hard to describe. As a kid I would create all sorts of things from stuff we found outside plus I pretty much grew up on things created by a local indie game studio - Amanita Design. What I found out about just recently is that they also worked on the movie named Kooky. (Kuky se vrací) It's got amazing character design and I recommend checking that out. I absolutely adore when people use nature in their creations in any form. I haven't even mentioned the care and effort you put in your art, it makes it feel so special. Watching these videos is so comfortable, like cuddling up in a warm blanket. Gotta appreciate the little things. (literally :D)
omg The whole behind the scenes and idea sketches combined with the result was absolutely amazing to watch🥹🫶 They are so adorable. Can’t wait to watch the next episode !
Reading the title of this video, I'd thought it would be an educational video about a group of birds called the becorns, which included orioles and catbirds. I was charmingly surprised to find this well of creativity, passion, and love for the natural world. Thank you for bringing this art into the world, it matters.
I'm so happy to see that you are still creating your Becorns. It's such a great concept. Every once in a while I will check your website for new posts.
Thank you for making these videos. I love your storytelling and unending creativity to set up a story and accompanying environment in a natural yet full of whimsy. I appreciate your passion and commitment to storytelling. Absolutely beautiful and somehow fills me with joy and hope.
When i first saw this in my recommended, my IMMEDIATE thought was "my grandpa would love this" and he did! He loves birds and woodworking and maybe if we ever get big enough acorns it'd be amazing if we made one together. Thank you for helping me get closer to my grandpa again :D

So inspiring and wholesome and cozy! The Becorns and birds are so cute, and the tone you have while narrating is so calm and relaxing! All of the artistry that goes into making your shots line up, catching the photo, observing the birds, and of course, bringing the little Becorns to life is so satisfying to watch come together.
Makes me wanna go out on a nature adventure too! 🦜🐿🪶🪵🍂🍁 🌰
💯
You're a Great Spiritual Treasure. Thank you, David 🌻🌺❤️🌺🌻
🥹 So peaceful and beautiful scene.. l’m so glad to know an artist like you!
My daughter and I enjoy your videos so much! Your creativity and sweet nature is such a joy.
I love the intersection of creativity, art, natural science, physics, psychology, nature crafting, and storytelling all in one! ❤😊
Wow what a feel good video. I could listen and watch a full length feature film of these characters! 🙌🥰 well done and thank you!
Im so glad this channel popped up on my suggestion feed. Birds are my obsession. I spend every free moment either watching in real life or watching on livestreams. Im glad ive found a new channel and more Bird people to fellowship with. ❤️
This warms every millimeter of my heart. Thank you for sharing these gifts you have with the rest of us.
I love these, so calming! It's fun to see the world from the Becorns' perspective.
I love the extent of fabricating contraptions that went into capturing these photos rather than just relying on photoshop. Just wonderful!
Thank you for the creativity, care, and love you put into this video. It is wonderful to see a creator who so obviously enjoys what they do! 🙂
Fabulous work.
these are lovely- thank you for making Becorns and then sharing them. Love to see your process and how you and the Becorns adapt to the situation.
Finally a recommended video that is wholesome and not a video about a bunch of pranks. Such a cute video & super inspirational.
The work you do is indescribable. As an artist myself, I hope to one day aspire to something as important and wonderful as the Becorns.
David M. Bird you have got to be the most gentle man I have ever encountered. Thank you for sharing your creativity and patience.
My life is happier because of you, David. I love to watch your creative process.
I hope you always keep this precious and wholesome view into wildlife for your fans ❤ it truly brightens my day to see an appearance from the Becorns and the other subjects of the story
Thank-you so much for sharing your talents and stories with a bunch of internet strangers!
The whole thing is so organic. I am amused and impressed. Also a little envious. I also appreciate observing bird behavior. Very interesting. Wow. Just love it all. Thank you so much!
I love these! Please keep sharing these videos. These have really helped me through a very emotional day. I'm so glad you shared your talent with me 🥰
I’m so happy to see a new video from you! Your sweet little Becorns are my favorite corner of RUclips 🥰
All that little details and hard work put into this. It's so beautiful. And I'm so glad that you have a love for birds 😊
As wonderful as the videos are, so are the pictures. Please don't stop making this videos and I pray that you sell a lot of printings to support your just amazing work.
FABULOUS! Amazing combination of art, craft, poetry, photography and ornithology.Thoroughly enjoyed watching and am in love with Becorns and in awe of their creator.
When I was a kid I didn’t have friends since I moved schools very often so I’d sit under trees during recess and make little stick people. When I’d come home I’d sew little dresses out of flowers for them. Seeing this really connected with that younger part of me, thank you for sharing.
as an illustrator, I am so enamored and happy to have gotten this on my feed! such an ingenious way of being creative. you have a well-deserved subscriber!!!
Thank you for these little creations. They bring so much happiness and light and I'm so glad I've found your work! ♥
Thanks, Tim Ferriss for giving us the heads on this lovely video.
Thank you, David, for the joy.
This would make such a fantastic Netflix show! Amazing work David, as always!
What a gentle spirit. I love your work. I'm grateful you were suggested by RUclips. You have a new fan.
omg The whole behind the scenes and idea sketches combined with the result was absolutely amazing to watch🥹🫶 They are so adorable.
I love how the bird at 6:15 looks like "Wait, wheredid the food go ???" And then watches everywhere.
When i first saw this in my recommended, my IMMEDIATE thought was "my grandpa would love this" and he did! He loves birds and woodworking and maybe if we ever get big enough acorns it'd be amazing if we made one together. Thank you for helping me get closer to my grandpa again :D
Thank you David and Becorns and all the animals for these wonderful little stories and the lovely art! ♥️
This is so mellow and fun. Part of it is David's soothing voice.
Thank you so much for every single one of these videos! I love watching birds, and your becorns are incredible creations! I need a whole tv series about these guys ❤
Absolutely gorgeous! Your characters remind me of our Australian 'Gumnut Babies' - stories from the early 20th century. Well done David, a splash of light, happiness and inspiration is what we all need more of.
Like so many artists, you start out with a goal or vision and as you keep working it develops into something else, usually much better! Thanks for all of your efforts and creativity! I hope you never stop sharing with us!
