Iscrixedda Beach in Lotzorai ~ 25 June 2014 | Travel in Sardinia

We look at the enchanting Iscrixedda beach in Lotzorai during a rough sea day.
The beach is composed of medium-fine sand, light in color with a predominance of yellow and is devoid of beached posidonia.
The color of the sea varies from green to blue and its bottom is mainly sandy and low.
Medium-frequented during the summer, although it is never crowded.
Behind the beach there is a small lagoon and a beautiful pine forest, where there is a campsite.
Off to the east we observe the omnipresent Island of Ogliastra, on the north side beyond Santa Maria Navarrese rise of the high mountain ranges, while to the south in the distance there is the port of Arbatax.
