Bro! You're gonna have to quit smoking!! i smoked for 21 years and haven't had a smoke for over a year now! Your health will be much better without it. Great car, keep it up!
Looking nice real nice, im runnig my r56 dealership jcw in uk. I have myn mechanically sorted first now gonna do all the cosmetics, i bought the car about 18 months ago 1 old lady owner full bmw service history with about 80 something on it, its running stage 2 with full decatand scorpion rear end airtech intercooler etc etc. So loud and fast lol FAST !!!!!!, ANY WAYS I DIGRESS, where was youre rear wing from mate ?
Hi their buddy sorry to hear about your ill health I can feel your pain as I had a pacemaker fitted yesterday I subscribed to your channel a quick question where did you get your under bonnet strut tower down supports as my son is modifying his. Get well soon.
But then wouldn't it only get an accurate reading once the thermostat opens ?? I mean , I could remove my sight plug from my coolant reservoir and screw in a coolant sensor into that..lol it conveniently has one abd if it give accurate readings I'd do it..I just wanna make sure my thermostat opens and stuff..I wish I could just figure out a wire I could just tap a gauge into but I don't think it's possible as our cars have a 3x wire sensor buuuuut I wonder if the stock ecu can run a 3x wire sensor and I run that 3rd one rite to my gauge and the other 3x function as stock would. The coolant sensor adapter is useless. If you screw 2x into it they bottom out into each other or would restrict tge flow through it..
@@minimanadam I found it worked quite well. The temp would climb from steady from cold up to operating temp. Unlike the top rad hose that just goes from cold to hot when the thermostat opens the coolant tank temp climbs steady. I also found that it work almost as a level sensor as when the coolant level dropped too much the sensor was then out of the coolant so no reads. You could use a stand-alone temp gauge set up and use a switched 12v to run it. I’m running a link ecu so much easier to add in extra sensors and bits - got things like laugh control switch, switchable throttle tables, switchable traction slip tables 👍🏼
I plan on running the same pulley setup on my sprintex. What size belt do you use? Also, what rpm can you take the sprintex with that small of a pulley? Thank you! (Adrian will also be tuning my car!)
It looks like it’s coming along great! Question for you: I’m now experiencing some vibration when I’m in 1st and go at 1000-1500 rpms. The whole car begins to vibrate. I just had new tires balanced and aligned. Maybe new spark plugs are in order?
Hard to say , you'd have to determine if it's driveline vibration or vibration caused by misfiring engine... if you have no cel codes present and the car idles fine and revs fine in neutral, chances are its driveline..
I hope you get better! Take care of yourself dude. Love from the UK

Do you have a tune, if you do. Could you send them my way, I need one bad.
Could weld a bung into the metal coolant tank and run a second coolant sensor there. I had that set up on the go for a while

I run a 6pk1400 belt and I'm shifting at 7500 BUT I have a big valve head and cam to take advantage of the rpms
@@minimanadam I'll be using a TPR2R head and 469 cam.
Good luck on your health journey, your build has inspired mine! I love the videos! Keep it up!
