Hi there. If I want to send video over public internet so it can be accessed on a pc using VLC which format do you recommend? Note: source is your average home setup with just the one public facing address.

VGA & CVBS? Are we in the 1990s? Difficult to tell how good the decode quality is as the source is so poor.

That's backward compatibility options for a variety of non-broadcast applications. It does have HDMI for HD workflows.
