Garrett's brand new G-XRace series turbos promise to revolutionise the world of turbocharged motorsports, but how exactly are they planning to do that? We get our hands of the first batch of Australian-delivered G-XRace turbos to find out what their advantages are, how they fit with the existing G-Series range and what applications we reckon they will be ideally suited for. Enjoy! See the full write-up on these turbos plus comparative compressor maps here: gcg.com.au/latest-news-details/new-turbos-from-garrett-g-xrace-gxr-news.html Need more info or a quote? Any of these you would recommend for a m18a converted suzuki jimny sn413 that I want to chuck a turbo on.. just safe power levels as the driveline is not strong and I live very remotely up in the top of fnq so reliable is the key also fun. I was going a turbo off a ca18 Silvia I had spare but it's 30 years old lol.
These are more for serious cars the G25-550 or G25-660 would be what your after but $$ for a muck around car , pulsar are great an make replicas of garret an precision turbos an they are strong turbos
That's a cool build you have going on there!! Rather than the G-XRace we would recommend Garrett GBC22-350. The GBC range is Garrett's small frame performance turbochargers, which are journal bearing, oil cooled only. Perfect for your kind of application and reasonably priced too!
