I started to become mindful of my financial status because of your tita talks. This 2021, my goals are: 1. To start my masteral degree. 2. To build my emergency fund. 3. Save and invest. 4. Allot for travel. 5. Provide for my family. Yang limang yan ang nasa wallpaper ko sa laptop, phone at kahit sa spreadsheet yan din ang nasa front hehe. Thankyou soo much, miss Thea for the inspiring contents.
For this year: 1. I want to grow my savings and invest rin po sa stocks or property this year 2. I want to start looking into my master's degree 3. (Same po) I want to travel with my family soon 4. Travel local with friends 5. Slowly adapt to minimalism po kasi I realized that I invest a lot on seasonal clothing and items na hindi ko po ginagamit
Last year naachieve ko naman goal ko on wise spending and create savings. Ngayon naman gearing towards investment of real estate na ako. I will buy a foreclosed property in Muntinlupa this month. Ganda nung location nya, malapit sa Alabang. Ipapaayos namin para maging apartment.
5:09 hit me so hard. Yun talaga struggle ko sa corporate, especially if the company is not very family oriented. Kaya ginoal ko talaga na makalipat somewhere where they do acknowledge you as a person and they don’t value you based on how much you are willing to put work in the front of your priorities.
Totoo yan... nakakalungkot mang isipin. But a lot of companies are too focused on the bottom line that they somewhat forget about the welfare of their employees. Lahat tayo may vinavalue outside of work. We work because we need the financial capacity to support our loved ones and the things we value. I hope you find an employer who is considerate of its employees. Swerte lang din ako to find a second home sa work & my workmates were like a family to me. But yun lang, may mga corporate rules na wala kang magawa but to comply (do OT, di pwedeng magkasabay magleave during holidays) and nahihiya akong magpasa ng trabaho sa iba kaya i made conscious decisions to put my work first.. na as you see now i feel guilty for doing.
@@TheaSyBautista I am on one now actually. ☺️ Lumipat ako in the middle of the pandemic kasi hindi ko na matake yung toxicity on the previous company. Imagine being obliged to go to the office despite the Taal eruption and yung mga bagyo. I have grown fond of my officemates na din pero yung want ko for a better culture outweighs that relationship with them. Ganyan din ako ayoko nagpapasa so swerte kasi yung bagong team ko is a big one and sadyang ganun para may contingency talaga pag may nakaleave or may emergencies.
I once heard someone say: *"You should have a goal that scares you"* yun yung in terms of how much of an ambitious goal it is. Sabi nga ni Les Brown, aim for the moon, for even if you miss, you will still be among the stars. We should also be faithful. With the Lord, everything is possible. 💙
Yung 2nd thing na nilagay mo sa sinabi sa inyo ng prof niyo na kung ano gusto niyo ma-achieve by the age of 30, which is to be of service to other people.. actually etong ginagawa mong tita talks is already a huge part of it without you knowing it. It is helping a lot of us and I have always been your fan since 2017. Napaka goal-oriented mong person and we get motivated to do well kasi you are serving as one of our young model (kahit na mag 30 ka this year haha! Relate ako sayo girl haha) .. One thing I would recommend is that when you make decisions, ask for God's guidance first before doing your own calculations. kasi you can do all things with strength in Him.. All your decisions are really firm and strong... But know that all these things will not be possible without God. And if your plans did not go through as how you expected, know that God got your best interest at heart. Above all else, we must give thanks to Him that gives us all our needs. Be stronger and keep the momentum.. We are always here to support you all the way! ❤

Ate struggling not to break into tears in the first goal 😭 Was wondering why her voice sounded off and shaky, and I didn't even realize I was crying too. Thinking of doing the same now in all honesty. My mom's not getting any younger and it's just the both of us now.
I dont usually follow or watch financial videos or stuffs. But your vids just came to my feed and now i’m hooked. Im now 34 and made me realize that i was so late in starting my financial literacy. Most of the time i do get discouraged because of my age but because of your videos, it makes me keep trying. Thank you so much
I'm turning 37 but I just learned to handle my finances 2 years ago. It's never late start. Every year I set my financial goals, short term and long term targets but other than financial goals, don't forget your health and family. Other than myself, I have my family goals and family fund. I'm single and Im a very busy person but I make sure I'm at home on Sundays with my family. 😘 Thea is much younger than me but I'm still learning a lot from her. Thank you for your Vids and learnings

Super relate. Since I started working, sobrang bihira na ako nasa bahay namin dahil sa city din ako nagsstay and mdming work. But then because of the pandemic, nag wfh na ako, nakasama ko ng matagal ulit yung parents ko and brother ko (who also went home dahil online classes naman). Para bang just like the old times...Dun ko nga napansin na ang dami ndn nagbago lalo na sa parents ko. It actually changed my perspective a lot. And I'm so grateful nakalipat ako sa isang company during the ecq days na super considerate sa mga employees nila kaya I'm still working from home up until now. Gusto ko din i-share na nakikita ko na yung videos mo before pero hindi ko pinapanuod then parang isang araw pinanuod na lang kita then ang saya saya pakinggan. Daming learnings specially yung mga terms ay familiar naman since i'm an accountant. Continue making videos specially this type of content! ❤️❤️❤️

Thea... i can relate to you 100%. After staying here in manila for 8 years (5yrs school, 3yrs work... only coming home for a week during emergencies or christmas) last January 2019 i finally made the big decision to move back here in bicol. Pabalik balik kase dad ko sa hospital during that time because of his past accident.... i realized i cant be in manila anymore while all these are happening at home. Na phone call lang while mg family nahihirapan at home. My mom was 100% healthy during that time , she was the Happiest when i made the decision to come back home. But come January 2020, we started to notice that Mama got sick frequently. And by July she was gone, she was only 47. Im sorry this sound too morbid Thea. But I guess at some point, despite everything that happened... IM GLAD I CAME HOME FOR GOOD. kahit wala malls dito, kahit naiwan ko friends ko sa manila, kahit na ldr kami ng boyfriend ko. Im comforted with the thought na my mom felt na napag bigyan ko sya, na important sila sa akin. Na they alone, sapat na sa akin. Sorry ha masyado emotional. Im happy for you Thea! Im very sure your parents appreciate your efforts!

yes ms. thea, good thing po talaga na mag-spend ng time with parents.. i just lost my father last Dec 27, malakas pa xa, pero when he was attacked by his asthma, wala pang 15minutes, wala na xa sa amin.. ndi na namin xa naagapan.. i was so regretful na parang ndi quality time ung naibigay ko kay tatay when he was with me, so shocked that it all happened at a snap of a finger..
After discovering your vlog last year, I now prioritise my savings and I really wanted to retire early on my career as a nurse and I think I am not making the most of my income abroad. So long term goal ko talaga makaipon for my retirement and for my parents' retirement, and I have a short term goal to save up for my wedding. Thank you, Thea! 😘💞

Thea... i can relate to you 100%. After staying here in manila for 8 years (5yrs school, 3yrs work... only coming home for a week during emergencies or christmas) last January 2019 i finally made the big decision to move back here in bicol. Pabalik balik kase dad ko sa hospital during that time because of his past accident.... i realized i cant be in manila anymore while all these are happening at home. Na phone call lang while mg family nahihirapan at home. My mom was 100% healthy during that time , she was the Happiest when i made the decision to come back home. But come January 2020, we started to notice that Mama got sick frequently. And by July she was gone, she was only 47. Im sorry this sound too morbid Thea. But I guess at some point, despite everything that happened... IM GLAD I CAME HOME FOR GOOD. kahit wala malls dito, kahit naiwan ko friends ko sa manila, kahit na ldr kami ng boyfriend ko. Im comforted with the thought na my mom felt na napag bigyan ko sya, na important sila sa akin. Na they alone, sapat na sa akin. Sorry ha masyado emotional. Im happy for you Thea! Im very sure your parents appreciate your efforts!

i just lost my father last Dec 27, malakas pa xa, pero when he was attacked by his asthma, wala pang 15minutes, wala na xa sa amin..
ndi na namin xa naagapan.. i was so regretful na parang ndi quality time ung naibigay ko kay tatay when he was with me, so shocked that it all happened at a snap of a finger..
