NJ Transit Train 3882 With No Announcement at Hamilton

NJ Transit Train 3882 enters the station at Hamilton bound for New York with ALP-45DP 4521 leading & Comet V Cab Car 6075 on the rear during my short visit this evening. There was no announcement as 3882 was approaching in the distance which was strange & it usually has Bi-Levels the most.
