Hobby lobby has a dismal stock of models. They never seem to get anything new in stock, and their prices are a bit on the high end of the scale. I don't buy any kits from hobby lobby any more. I admit their 1/64 scale vehicles are nice, but they are for collecting only.

My wife works at the local Hobby Lobby (and I work at an old style mom and pop hobby shop). Hobby Lobby sets up their stores and stocks the merchandise as close to the same as they can so when you go to one you know what to expect and have an idea about where to find it. All the stock comes from the same warehouse in Oklahoma City and what is stocked at each store is selected at the cooperate office.
@@thehobbyshop5306 Hobby Lobby just went through a "reset" where they change the layout a little and reduce the amount of slower moving items and increase stock of faster moving items. Most businesses do that these days which sadly effects those that have interest in areas that do not sell as well as other areas.
Got two hobby lobbys by me they pretty much have the same thing I always check the clearence section I scored to large football 🏈 display boxes for $7 each that will make great diorama displays.
We just had one store in my area, now we have 4. Awhile back they used to get NEW kits in twice a year and would make room having a clearance on some older kits on a separate table in the aisle. Some great bargains were to be had.
Our Hobby Lobby in Altoona Pa. is well stocked with a variety of models. Not everything but that goes with the times! The paints and accents, and accessories are well stocked and are reasonably priced! Nice! I manage to visit Hobby-Lobby once a week and always leave with a kit. Thanks Hobby Lobby!
There's 3 in my area of E. Tn. and it appears they have all the same stuff. In fact, I rarely buy from Hobby Lobby nowadays because I've pretty much gotten everything I'm interested in from them. I still get my supplies there, though. I mostly order online or make an occasional trip to the Hobbytown about an hour away from where I live.
I'm in East Tennessee too and I've also got about everything I'm interested in from the surrounding Hobby Lobbys. You're right, they rarely have different kits. Usually always the same stuff. And yes I too make an occasional trip to Hobbytown. They are proud of their kits for sure but if they have something that I just can't live without I'll pay the extra $ to have it.

It would be nice if they'd change their stock like they used to. I used to buy a lot of kits from them when they did that. Just got the 72 ramp truck today. Semi kits don't last long at my hobby lobby. 40% off is every other week. The A10 is an ok kit. I have 2 of them and Caracal Decals for the Fort Wayne guard Black Snakes. Great video 👍
I loved putting model cars together when I was a kid, this was in the 60s an early 70s all the muscle cars, pickups etc. but now days one model cost $20 or higher, back then you could buy 3 or 4 for the price of one. I know prices of everything has gone up since I was a kid.
So true Michael, I was building them when I was a kid too! Hope you decide to pick the hobby back up again because now is a GREAT time to be a modeler!! There are more kits (subjects) out there to choose from now then there have ever been. What did you build back in the day? And if you picked up a kit now which one would you get?
My local Hobby Lobby, (Opelika Alabama), pretty much has the same stuff. We used to have a small hobby store called "Hobby Town USA" but it went out of business a few years ago. I'm glad we have a Hobby Lobby, but I hate that the small "Mom & Pop" stores can't compete and end up going out of business. We have another store here called Michael's and it has a nice selection of model cars and accessories as well. Two cars on the shelf that I would like to build, the 1970 Corvette and the 1968 Camaro Z/28 by AMT, I like the retro look to the packaging and the models have options, like stock or custom, so you will have extra parts, I know the Camaro has some really cool Cragar wheels. Anyhoo, good video and along with Luka Cee's video, it looks like Hobby Lobby is a good place to get some stuff to keep the hobby going for sure!!! 👍👍👍
We had 3 HT-USA stores in the area I live in, now just one but it's doing great. They finally started expanding into imports and products from Japanese companies.
I saw Luka Cee's video first. His Hobby Lobby looks alot like yours and they both look better than the one near me in Alabama. I think this store close to me is smallish. Exactly same kits what we have at Oregonian hobby lobby. Every second week all the kits are 40% off. You visit one you’ve seen all. Washington state HL selection is no different from Oregon HL (I noticed HL kits aren’t as nicely made then other name hobby shop). If I want to find certain model I go small hobby shops.
Stamp series 53 corvette. It's in a metal box. You scanned over it to fast. I'm looking for that kit here in Texas. Hobby lobby here won't put it in stock.
Hi Tim, there is nothing like a stroll through a hobby/model shop, just one question do these HL Stores have to stock exactly the same stock? Cheers mate, best regards from Australia.
I don't have any hobby shops in my town. I remember hobby shops closed down can I ask you this why do some places still have hobby shops open I'm kind of bummed out and disappointed that I don't have any hobbies shops and you all have some
I went to three this year, 2024 "modular reset"...pretty much the same. Im onto model trains, and these stores are a joke anymore. 40% off is great, on a overpriced model kit,...IF you see something new at beginning of year. Im 56, so i remember not THAT long ago car models were reasonable. These prices are a joke. If my kid asks for one, ill say sure, see the $35,....and nooooooo, no way in hell. Birthday maybe. Once i go to a few at new year, im done unless i need something else there.
Good times Tim Man, I got a hobby lobby close to me and I buy my paint and evergreen plastic there ,, little known fact,, hobby lobby has that sale every other week,,yup good to know, catch you later buddy, Glen
My Hobby Lobby in NJ has the exact same kits except for the white corvette. Shame that they can't stock some of the newer kits that are coming out each month. I generally buy my kits on Ebay now since the selection is larger and you can pretty much pay what you feel the kit is worth.
I was pleasantly surprised on my first trip to the local Hobby Lobby. I was expecting a few kits, some glue and a Testors paint rack. Instead they had a good selection of kits, Evergreen and K&S racks, along with many different tools and modeling supplies. They even had Tamiya accessories and weathering powders. Not a full line hobby store but a lot more than just a retail store.
Pretty much any given day they are all about the same. I live close to a state line, the one in the other state used to always get new kits first, but I don't think anyone is getting New kits anymore
lol just like walking into the one here were I live ,think its every 2 weeks kits are 40% 0ff .thanks for the look at the ones near you Tim👍,If You have an Ollies near you they have kits sometimes too .
Great question. I do believe they are in the south. In Georgia what I seen at four different Hobby Lobby they are petty much the same. Thanks for doing your investigation lol. Have a great weekend buddy.
Yeah, pretty much the same for the ones in my area. However, I HAVE seen some stores will have quite a few models in the discount section while others have none. - Tom
Not much difference between the 2 KY stores & the 2 AZ stores. That Luka must have been in energy saver mode. He did not do any digging. lol You showed the Old Pro Nova. I wish that Round2 would bring back it's sister kit that was issued only once back in 1972. The Pontiac Ventura II Sprint. On the box art the car pictured was named "Poncho" Thanks for the tour Tim.
Looks like Hobby Lobby being a national retailer seams to have the same inventory nation wide. Luka's video was so shaky that it made me dizzy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I check them every other week for the 40% off but I have about all of the ones that I am interested in, always hoping for something new.
I work for hobby lobby and that is my department, most stores will sell the same selection, what they like to do is have one sku but 2-3 different types so looking online doesn't always help. Biggest issue I see is getting the product in to sell have a lot of open spaces because back order.
Hi John if someone like me might know of a kit who might he talk to or is it even possible to get it ordered? There used to be a hobby shop nearby that had a catalog of models he could get and he had them right out for us all to view. He’s gone and to find a shop I would have to drive 65 miles of so. Does Ho-Lo ordered from Round 2 or the like?
Hi Tim, thanks for the tour, or should I say two tours. Where I live, the only hobby store in town is Hobby Lobby. There were a couple of mom & pop type stores, but they closed years ago. I haven't been in any stores, Hobby Lobby or others since Covid started. I get all my kits and supplies online and have them delivered right to my door. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day! Jeff
I understand that Jeff, and you have a good day too. I just put up a model contest video you will really enjoy today. Let me know what you think about it.
Looks exactly the same as my Hobby Lobby here and the Hobby Lobby a few towns over here in Texas exact same model kits exact same supplies btw all of those Coca-Cola kits you can find right now at Walmart. $15 for car kits $25 for the semi trucks. The snow plow and the cab over you looked at are $24 at Walmart
I've recently been feeling the love for getting back into the hobby after a 40 year hiatus. Last week I went to our local Hobby Lobby in east Texas and was shocked to find a boxed model kit priced over $26. I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a model car kit. Since it seems everything else is going up in price, but not my income, that leaves fewer dollars left for hobbies. I know there are more expensive kits than these, but I still am bummed out about this cost. I also remember when I was doing this full time (circa 60's - 80's) there was much, much more of a selection at KMart than what I see here. Maybe because I've been out of the hobby for so long, I didn't get real excited about the current inventory. There were a few for sure I'd like to build, but used to, oh my, I remember thinking it would take me a lifetime to build all the kits I would have like to have! Geesh, this hobby seems to have shrunk, or is it just me? Happy modeling!
@@pearltiger2003 The secret for Hobby Lobby is every other week they put the model kits at 40% off so you just have to go every other week find out when it's going and then just adjust accordingly and you can find $15 and $25 kits at Walmart. Hope that helps you get back into the hobby ⚡😎👍
Hobby Lobby #1 was awesome. My Hobby Lobby in Billings Montana has about a 1/3 of the kits. Lots of same empty spaces month after month. Checked out a Hobby Lobby in Parkersburg WV last week while at Good Guys car show held in Canton OH. That HL was about the same as ours but better stocked. No sales going on though- otherwise I’d filled the back seat of the truck with kits. 😉
😉👍I'm from Tahlequah, Oklahoma and the Hobby Lobby in Muskogee has a pretty good model selection of all kinds of various types of kits and various modeling tools and paints and so forth indeed!,👌.
I definitely enjoy building an airplane as a change of pace. I like older prop driven aircraft. But I am primarily a car and truck builder. I wish Hobby Lobby would carry Tamiya paints.
The HOBBY LOBBY here in TOLEDO OHIO, close to me hasn’t received any new stock… HOBBY TOWN either… YEP , that looks like the HOBBY LOBBY here … I like to build aircraft and tanks, they do have some good DIORAMA SUPPLIES GREAT VIDEO… CHRIS from OHIO
I’m into ho slot cars, besides models. Last summer I took my mom to Alabama to see my brothers. So from the Texas panhandle to there we hit a bunch of hobby lobby’s. I was able to get some slot cars that were different place to place. That modified you’re seeing, Wild One. I’m trying to find the “Slammer”. I went to Dallas and stopped at all the hobby lobbies between here and there. Models are almost the same everywhere…no slammer tho. I’m still trying to find one..I did t see any in your video..
Yep they look the same here in New Jersey too. I’m looking for all 4 of modified dirt track cars and hemi under glass always strike out. But going the stores for the hunt is just as fun. They just picked up the gundam paints. I think they are a mr hobby brand I’ve used it and love it. You never know what you’ll find. Don’t for get to hit the clearance section too 👊🤘👍
I had several Old Pro kits when I was a kid.. I made one into a short track dirt car...looked awesome!! I deleted the front bumper/grille and used a piece of sprue for a makeshift tube bumper and used black steel mesh for the grille. I used a set of steelies for the wheels. I was proud of that..no idea what happened to it.
I know they bulk order but what they decide to ship to each store is a mystery to me. I winder if the local store manager has any input in what they ship to their stores in each town?
Looks pretty much the same as the Hobby Lobby near me in Texas. They get newer kits in from time to time. I only buy kits when they are 40% off every other week. Craft acrylic paints are on sale the weeks in between.
My Hobby Lobby, in Bluefield, WV, looks just like the two you showed in this video. It is a great place to start in the hobby. I am very thankful that we have a Hobby Lobby with in 10 miles of my house. Thanks for sharing.
The few hobby lobbys by me, southwest side of Chicago and suburbs, has the exact same inventory. I prefer the one little further away from me cause they have more in the clearance section, $8 for a kit, I'll buy them all day long!! My girlfriend, who collects old books, hides books on shelves to come back to them later in the week, I'm very familiar with that tactic.. lol. Cool video tho, enjoy seeing what's around the country
Very cool Chris, yes, it's always fun to find a GREAT bargain on a kit or two! I feel like a kid hiding stuff sometimes, that is funny about your girlfriend hiding books..... 🙂
Last time I was in a H-L, admittedly years ago, there were no plastic kits at all. No RC planes or cars/trucks. No model railroading, or rocketry. It was just a huge craft store. The only scale modeling of anything was wood kits of medieval catapults and trebuchet. Hopefully things have changed now.
Seems everything looks the same. Every HL I've ever been in has the same stuff and it follows the same plan-o-gram where everything is in the same exact spots.
If Hobby Lobby listened to modelers, they would probably sell more models. Imagine if they had Dragon Models, Trumpeter, Tamiya etc, etc. I would be there every week for the stash. Not enough armor, planes or ships.
About the same here in California. When they first opened around me, they had a better selection of subjects. Lot more Tamiya kits than the M41 Walker Bulldog tank and minimal supplies they might usually have these days. They had older Tamiya kits that were < $20 like the Panzer II, Pak 40 anti-tank gun, Sdkfz 251 half-track (each came with additional figures- essentially a diorama in a box.) For about $40 you could get an A-10 Thunderbolt II, M-60A1 Patton, M4 Sherman, the USS Missouri was $100, US Modern (1980's) Infantry, brick wall, sandbag & weapon sets went for $5. The last Tamiya kit I ever bought there was the then-new M561 Gama Goat. After that, they mostly disappeared. 40% off? Hell, that was every day if you used the coupon on their app. But since they stopped that, I deleted their app. . . Worthless. Other than the Bandai kits, All Hobby Lobby does is push junky, old domestic kits from clapped-out molds by Round 2 and Revell. 😩 New kits are rare and far between. Latest ones I saw were the 84' and 85' Olds Cutlass kits.
Was just in a hobby lobby in round lake Illinois yesterday. From the last time I was there, they went from both sides of a full aisle full of kits including 12&15 trucks down to 1/2 a side of the aisle and 1/2 of that side was paint, glue, brushes, etc. what a let down....
Ace hardware in round lake Illinois, muxh better selection, but you need a brinks truck to buy them.. Very very good paint, glue, brush, and equipment selection.....
I'm actually planning videos on the local Hobby Lobby and Michaels in Syracuse today... I've also posted videos on my recent builds and finds as well as 2 local hobby shops( Walt's Hobby and JR Junction).. please check them out when you get a chance... Thanks and enjoy!!
Ottumwa IA. Kits pretty much same. Way less paint locally... Rarely buy any kits there anymore... I already bought all the kits I wanted... they rarely change. I have bought a couple HO slot cars...
Just put in a new Hobby Lobby in Olean N. Y. That would be South Western NY On the Pa line and about 40 miles from Lake Erie. About as far from the New York City you all where automatically thinking of 🤷🏼🥴😜. That’s a different NY Anyway the model selection and all of those items in that row are identical. They get me every time with the 40%off sale. Got to buy one that I wasn’t planning on buying so I can get one really cheap. Oh yeah then you’ll need paint…… Dang they don’t have any black cherry pearl😒. Another store in Erie Pa. is also the same.
I use to buy those same models back in the 1960s for $1.50 to $2.00. I know prices and inflation have influenced the prices. I remember we bought glue before you needed a prescription from a doctor.
I WILL BE DAMNED!!! I'm in Bluffton, SC and we've had a Hobby Lobby about 5 mins. from where I live for years, (with a rather LARGE looking store), but I never went in because somebody told me that they were strictly an "Arts and Craft-sy" place, (pottery, basket-making, rope stuff, gardening, etc.) but made NO mention of the AMT kits, the Estes rocket kits, HO Train stuff, etc. This is thrilling info. to me in that I thought ALL this stuff LITERALLY went off the planet back in the late 60's. I just wonder if anybody out there got the same info. that I did and "we" stayed away in droves. They're Marketing, (or lack thereof), astounds me! Why not let the general public know what's in your store for God's sake!...it's Marketing 101 at least! I'm SO there in about 2 hours and possibly apply for a job...perhaps in Marketing, but just being in the environment would be cool for me. Oh, and did I mention that I'm a 68 year old guy? 'Didn't think so.
As far as ship kits they don’t carry Fujimi, Hasegawa, Trumpeter, Tamiya and Hobby Boss. Tamiya and Trumpeter aren’t too expensive that they wouldn’t carry them.
Does your Hobby Lobby look like these?
Quite similar .. you'll see when I did my Hobby Lobby video later today ..

40% off is the time to buy considering how overpriced they are.
That does make it a good bargain Robert.
Yyuuupp, Same as Denver Metro Area.
Thank you Gary.
👍👍
@@garyparker2969 🙂
try toy kingdom they havr alot to choose from
Ok, where is Toy Kingdom and is it a Hobby Shop Ed?
I don't even think there is a place to buy things like that, there are no toy stores here.
That sucks
Good times Tim Man, I got a hobby lobby close to me and I buy my paint and evergreen plastic there ,, little known fact,, hobby lobby has that sale every other week,,yup good to know, catch you later buddy, Glen
Cool, I'll keep that in mind Glen.
My Hobby Lobby in NJ has the exact same kits except for the white corvette. Shame that they can't stock some of the newer kits that are coming out each month. I generally buy my kits on Ebay now since the selection is larger and you can pretty much pay what you feel the kit is worth.
I understand that Jake.
I find really hard kits and sometimes at a cheaper price.
@@williamdilsworth2227 Yea, now that you mention it William I have too.
So very true Raisin.
Pretty much any given day they are all about the same. I live close to a state line, the one in the other state used to always get new kits first, but I don't think anyone is getting New kits anymore
So true.
lol just like walking into the one here were I live ,think its every 2 weeks kits are 40% 0ff .thanks for the look at the ones near you Tim👍,If You have an Ollies near you they have kits sometimes too .
Yes they do, but here they go so fast sometimes I wonder if an Ollies employee or two is getting them all.
Great question. I do believe they are in the south. In Georgia what I seen at four different Hobby Lobby they are petty much the same. Thanks for doing your investigation lol. Have a great weekend buddy.
Thank you, you too Neamon.
Yeah, pretty much the same for the ones in my area. However, I HAVE seen some stores will have quite a few models in the discount section while others have none. - Tom
Always fun to come across the discounted kits!!
I agree Rick, the Ventura would be cool.
@@THROTTLEPOWER I did a little comparison video of the old pro Nova & the Ventura kits way back in my video archive about 7 years ago.
@@rickzinck9326 Very cool, I'll have to check that out. I bought the resin Ventura from Jimmy Flintstone several years ago.
Great video brother, thanks for sharing the tour. Rock on man! 👍
Thank you Mike!
I live in New Hampshire we have a Hobby Lobby about 10 miles away and the lay out and selection is the same. you save a lot on 40% off week.
Cool, thank you!
Yea, they seem to all be the same.
I work for hobby lobby and that is my department, most stores will sell the same selection, what they like to do is have one sku but 2-3 different types so looking online doesn't always help. Biggest issue I see is getting the product in to sell have a lot of open spaces because back order.
Ok thank you for that info John!
@@THROTTLEPOWER I just saw it Tim, it was very impressive. So many talented modelers!
@@JeffDonahueScaleModeling Cool, so glad you enjoyed it!!!!!!
Yes, you are correct Mike!
@@pearltiger2003
The secret for Hobby Lobby is every other week they put the model kits at 40% off so you just have to go every other week find out when it's going and then just adjust accordingly and you can find $15 and $25 kits at Walmart. Hope that helps you get back into the hobby ⚡😎👍
@@pearltiger2003 It's still going strong, in fact the lock down a while back really boosted the hobby. Hope you decide to get back into it!!!!!!
@@modelspeedshop True
Hobby Lobby #1 was awesome.
My Hobby Lobby in Billings Montana has about a 1/3 of the kits. Lots of same empty spaces month after month.
Checked out a Hobby Lobby in Parkersburg WV last week while at Good Guys car show held in Canton OH.
That HL was about the same as ours but better stocked. No sales going on though- otherwise I’d filled the back seat of the truck with kits. 😉
Oh yea, always try to find some good sales..... Did you get wet at Good Guys? Was going to go Friday but the weather wasn't looking good.
Looks the same as Mn
I noticed Luka Cee had the paint and glue under lock and key
Yea, I noticed that too Gary, very interesting.
😉👍I'm from Tahlequah, Oklahoma and the Hobby Lobby in Muskogee has a pretty good model selection of all kinds of various types of kits and various modeling tools and paints and so forth indeed!,👌.
Good to hear Steve!! 👍🙂👌
I've been to about a half dozen Hobby Lobbies in my area TX DFW. They all have the same kits and supplies as what you've shown there in Kentucky.
Very interesting!
I definitely enjoy building an airplane as a change of pace. I like older prop driven aircraft. But I am primarily a car and truck builder. I wish Hobby Lobby would carry Tamiya paints.
Yes, I wish they carried the Tamiya paint too Daniel.
Walmart also has the AMT Pro Street kits for $14.98 👀
Cool!!!!!!!!!
😂 hiding what you want to buy later! We’ve all done it.
Oh heck yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Tim, was the 1st one Owensboro? 2nd was where?
No, Both Louisville Jeff.
The first store you showed looks exactly like the one in Lower Nazareth Township, PA. The kits are usually 40% off.
Cool!!!!
The HOBBY LOBBY here in TOLEDO OHIO, close to me hasn’t received any new stock… HOBBY TOWN either… YEP , that looks like the HOBBY LOBBY here … I like to build aircraft and tanks, they do have some good DIORAMA SUPPLIES
GREAT VIDEO…
CHRIS from OHIO
Thank you Chris.
Aaaaa cool, love the slot cars!!!! It's always fun to stop at those places when traveling, plus the bathrooms are cleaner for a P stop!! 🙂👍
Dang near the same in Baytown tx
👍👍🙂
Yep they look the same here in New Jersey too. I’m looking for all 4 of modified dirt track cars and hemi under glass always strike out. But going the stores for the hunt is just as fun. They just picked up the gundam paints. I think they are a mr hobby brand I’ve used it and love it. You never know what you’ll find. Don’t for get to hit the clearance section too 👊🤘👍
So very true Frank! 🙂👍
Looks like HL in my area too. Except l haven't seen the 40% off sign yet. Thanks for sharing Tim
Yea, they all seem to be about the same Charlie.
I'm in Southern Illinois and the hobby lobby where I live is the same as what you showed thanks for sharing
So cool!
Aaaaa very very Dan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know they bulk order but what they decide to ship to each store is a mystery to me. I winder if the local store manager has any input in what they ship to their stores in each town?
Yes, I wonder that too Max.
Looks pretty much the same as the Hobby Lobby near me in Texas. They get newer kits in from time to time. I only buy kits when they are 40% off every other week. Craft acrylic paints are on sale the weeks in between.
Cool, good to know about the paints!
My Hobby Lobby, in Bluefield, WV, looks just like the two you showed in this video. It is a great place to start in the hobby. I am very thankful that we have a Hobby Lobby with in 10 miles of my house. Thanks for sharing.
So true Michael.
Cool Hobby Lobby tours 😎👍
Thank you Brian.
I think they have a bit Fred.
Seems everything looks the same. Every HL I've ever been in has the same stuff and it follows the same plan-o-gram where everything is in the same exact spots.
I agree Rob.
If Hobby Lobby listened to modelers, they would probably sell more models. Imagine if they had Dragon Models, Trumpeter, Tamiya etc, etc. I would be there every week for the stash. Not enough armor, planes or ships.
I agree!!
I contacted the corporate told that same thing was told to look at there web sight to see what was offered it was the same stuff
@@timothymelick7085 👍👍👍👍
Thank you for sharing 👍👍
Was just in a hobby lobby in round lake Illinois yesterday. From the last time I was there, they went from both sides of a full aisle full of kits including 12&15 trucks down to 1/2 a side of the aisle and 1/2 of that side was paint, glue, brushes, etc. what a let down....
Seems like they carry less and less as time goes on.
Ace hardware in round lake Illinois, muxh better selection, but you need a brinks truck to buy them.. Very very good paint, glue, brush, and equipment selection.....
I'll keep that place in mind if I'm ever over that way.
Exactly the same selection here in Columbus Ohio
Thank you Hal.
Will do Tom.
I've done a few of those in the carts (1.Revell 71 Plymouth Hemicuda,2.AMT 78 Ford F350 Super Stones and 3.AMT 69 Ford Torino Cobra)...
Those are great kits Tom!
Ottumwa IA. Kits pretty much same. Way less paint locally... Rarely buy any kits there anymore... I already bought all the kits I wanted... they rarely change. I have bought a couple HO slot cars...
So true Tim, they rarely change. I've been buying the HO Slot cars too!
My hobby lobby looks the same and they never change models they just keep getting the same thing over and over and over again! Lol
Pretty much the same here Shawn.
Just put in a new Hobby Lobby in Olean N. Y. That would be South Western NY On the Pa line and about 40 miles from Lake Erie. About as far from the New York City you all where automatically thinking of 🤷🏼🥴😜. That’s a different NY
Anyway the model selection and all of those items in that row are identical.
They get me every time with the 40%off sale. Got to buy one that I wasn’t planning on buying so I can get one really cheap. Oh yeah then you’ll need paint……
Dang they don’t have any black cherry pearl😒.
Another store in Erie Pa. is also the same.
Thank you for the info.... 🙂 And yes, gotta take advantage of the 40% off!! 👍
I use to buy those same models back in the 1960s for $1.50 to $2.00. I know prices and inflation have influenced the prices. I remember we bought glue before you needed a prescription from a doctor.
I miss those days!!!!!
I understand Jim
As far as ship kits they don’t carry Fujimi, Hasegawa, Trumpeter, Tamiya and Hobby Boss. Tamiya and Trumpeter aren’t too expensive that they wouldn’t carry them.
True
I’m in Phx area. The 3 Hobby Lobby’s I go to. All have models. But they don’t all have accessories. Or if they do, very small area stuff.
Ok interesting.
I live in California it is the same pretty much.
Very interesting John.
