Finally, one of the world’s best known music venues, the Stone Pony, is only steps away from the boardwalk.

Can't believe all those old storefronts north of the convention Center are STILL unoccupied -- even after the boardwalk's revitalization down there. Very strange. Being as short as it is to begin with, Asbury's boardwalk could definitely use more of them. Seems like a major waste of space, especially now.
