A. Breaking and Entering, Destruction of Private Property
B. Burglary, Destruction of Private Property
C. Breaking and Entering, Destruction of Private Property, Trespassing
D. Burglary, Destruction of Private Property, Trespassing

@@silxvrrr7007 Actually, if they have a warrant on the guy, he is liable to pay any damages as he was the one who barricaded himself in there, forcing them to try and break in, for the arrest. So he will be liable to reimburse whoever he is leasing the property from.
Whether that house is the guy's or not has nothing to do with it to begin with. If he listed it to the company as his address of residence, then the agents are in their right and will search the property by any means. The guy who stated it as his AOR is liable for any damage that might happen.
PS Burglary is when someone unlawfuly enters someone's house with the intention of committing a felony.
Whenever I see just Tom and Patty my mind goes straight to how much destruction there's going to be. Between them and the armor unit, you know shits about to go down
