I got the calendar bc I’m obsessed with her brand and all of the items are good quality items. I looked up the value of all of the items in the calendar and it comes out to $330. The retrograde palette is $67 alone! I was very happy with it

As someone who Does not bother with makeup( exception is for the occasional painting of nails) $67 for a palette of eyeshadow has me going holy crap that’s 4 bales of hay and lunch at the local taco shop. Don’t ask me why I’m watching a makeup unboxing as I don’t know myself.

This is HANDS DOWN the best advent calendar you’ve unboxed. The full size palette is $67 and that little one is at least $25.. so that is already a big chunk. Those perfumes are pretty cute too, I usually don’t see perfumes. I also wish there was a full size liquid lipstick

Ok, this is a good Advent Calendar! Actually, it’s amazing. It looks like you are receiving newer products, not left overs. Those mini nude palettes are relatively new. There’s the light nude, medium nude, and deep nude. I have all three and think the are beautiful. I can’t believe you got the retro grade palette! All of those products are expensive, especially the perfume. I’m a Huda lover and believe me, this was DEFINITELY worth what your what you paid for it. I would be so excited to get that calendar with those products.
Yeah the price point is much better considering the price of normal huda products. It's very expensive and the fact there are two things in some of the boxes is great! I don't have anything huda because it's out of my price range but if you can splurge for this box I could understand it more then the other ones that have been over 100 dollars and had nonsense in them 😂
after doing some calculations on my own to see if the approximate value they said was true, i actually calculated that it’s worth around 330 to 340 dollars based on the product prices on the huda beauty website! which shows that it’s actually a good advent calendar and they’re not lying about the value. if anyone was wondering!
Absolutely love Huda! Although it is pricey for an advent calendar taking into consideration that her makeup is usually on the pricey side I’d say it’s definitely a steal! Buying those items individually you’d definitely be spending a lot more!

Wishful skin is huda's skin care line and kay ali is her perfume line. The nude palette isn't nude for you because that particular palette was ment to be nude for a darker skin tone ( finally someone is recognizing nude is different for different complexions)
I loved this calendar. I knew I didn’t have those items and I loved the fragrance and the two eyeshadow palettes. It’s one of the best advent calendars I’ve gotten
I thought this was an excellent advent calendar, even for the price. I love the palettes. The perfumes sounded nice. The rose licorice crap was probably the worst. There was a lotion in the 80’s called Rose Milk.....gag!!! So nasty! I swear I smell it every time you talk about rose scented items!!! Lol 😂
So as she opened thing with rose and says "why do they put rose in every" I laughed because I hate the smell of anything fruit and am always saying "why do they have to make everything smell or taste like fruit" lol I can completely sympathize.
This is an excellent advent calendar, the items that were included are actually expensive, and for 175$ you get almost 400$ worth of products, that's honestly a great deal.
@@JulieStardoll regardless of why she over scents her stuff. Her foundation, loose powder and setting spray are so bad it literally gags me and scented products usually don't bother me. It's ridiculous the amount of fragrance she adds to her complexion products. I'd hate to see her skincare.

Definitely worth it, I went through the site and the total retail is $487. Counting the perfumes as the 50ml instead of 100ml and taking into account the liquid lip was not full size $487 value for $175 is pretty good.

Haven't ever tried the company's products. However I'd say it definitely looks like they put the effort into giving people more product? Also looks like they really tried to give products that were able to go together as well as be worn on many skin tones! The pallet looks a bit out of place, but has a lot that could work with the other products. Also if it is a more current or exclusive pallet it may be well received. If? Because I'm to lazy to see if it is a highly coveted item! Lol
The packaging on this is so satisfying! I'm glad this box is less of a disappointment even though you're definitely paying for the packaging itself. Looking forward to more advent calendars!

Rose is really great for hydration, that’s why it’s in a lot of face products.

This was a great calendar! It was expensive but it seems like that’s what is needed just to get a decent calendar. And it was worth more than you paid. That Retrograde palette is gorgeous. Would wear the heck outta that!

Wow! Im giving it to Huda, they killed the advent calendar game! I really liked that some days had more then one thing for that day and they went together. I think if i ever spent money on an advent calendar, it would be this brand.

I feel like this is the only one that didn’t rip you off . Her mercury pallet is $68 alone so I think you definitely got your money’s worth ,Then the Charlotte tilberry one. The rest of them you got ripped off .
