    You should be putting bows down when doing a wall with bracing in it. Then you don't need to plane where the bracing is and chances are, you don't need to pack much during lockup.

    Very informative. I would expect hairline cracks in the vertical 1m concrete step up. Why isn't this vertical concrete wall covered in waterproof membrane before the studs are installed?

    Question-early on, you said someone needs to run and get nails. When this happens, and the site needs nails, or a few timbers, or anything like that where somebody has to go grab them, who pays for it? Is it on the owner/developer ultimately, or does the main builder cop it?

      Nails are usually included in the Carpenters pricing. That way he can get the particular nails for his guns

    Should be getting Uber to get nails for you. You have to pay for it but also have to pay one of the chippys that could be doing valuable work instead being paid more than Uber price to run errands.
